JanSport replaced my backpack exactly as their stated, No Problems! I sent it a couple weeks ago. I got it when I was 14 or 15 years old my brother Eric bought it for me for school. Well they have a lifetime guarantee so of course me being the tightwad that I am... I filled out the warranty paperwork and I sent it back to them they completely fixed my backpack! They sent me back my original backpack after they sewed it and added to it and it looks great! Its 30 years old!
