This is Alex from Iced Out Genetics. I want to extend my sincere apologies for the delay with your order. Unfortunately, we encountered a logistics issue and mistakenly believed your package had already been shipped and delivered back on June 25. Upon reviewing everything, we discovered that our packer misplaced it while preparing for a post office drop-off.
Ok on June 25th made a label Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item BATTLE CREEK, MI ******* June 25,2025, 1:51 pm One week later they took my package to USPS
USPS in possession of item BATTLE CREEK, MI ******* August 2,2025, 4:30 pm They do not put Apt#A
On my package the guy@ USPS
Said it was not written on there

To cs, me, cs, info If your address includes "APT A," why was it not added when you placed your order? Customers are responsible for entering their complete CORRECT ACCURATE shipping address, and our role is to fulfill and deliver to the address provided. We cannot even confirm if the package was delivered to the wrong address, but the tracking clearly shows it was delivered to the address on file. That said, since this has caused an issue, I've forwarded your details to our team, and they are processing your refund. Please allow 3–5 business days for it to be completed.

To me, cs, info, cs Hi Ryan, I just got an update from the team regarding your refund. I truly want to help you, but unfortunately, we aren't able to process refunds directly right now since our accounts are restricted due to the products we sell. What the team recommends is reaching out to your bank to request the refund — they should be able to grant it immediately. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. If so, please confirm your shipping address. If not, we can go ahead and process your refund tonight. Just a quick note — that order was doubled for you.

This place is a SCAM! Don't trust them! Ordered a month ago and just getting the run-around! There are too many reputable companies out there to work with these scammers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

We're is my seeds I ordered at the beginning of the month I was never sent a tracking number please help me find my seeds or if they got lost are you all going to replace them I need some help

Products are exactly what they are described as. Always the highest quality. The shipping is solid and the packaging discreet. Customer service is out of this world. Never had an issue but any time I have had a question they promptly called me in person to answer it for me. Fourth time ordering and I will be ordering many more times.
