Bad dress that didn't fit the pictures. I requested a refund. They will only accept after 25% off. The design does not match the pictures. The color is different
Excellent product with 2 memory settings. Works very well and looks very stylish and unobstrucive. Only problem was that the power source came with a UK and US plug rather than an Australian one.
Everything went as expected, and the parcel arrived well packaged and in pristine condition. All good.
I had to change my order and was worried it would not arrive on time for a birthday but was met with some great customer service from the team. Kudos on promptness and clear communication!
