It takes a while not because of the website fault, but because the shipping process is complex. I give 5 starts. If you want to purchase be ready to wait 2 weeks which is nothing out of ordinary because of the shipping style. It will arrive beautifully for you like it did for me. I already ordered several times. I am happy. Do not be frustrated keep in mind it will take 2 weeks-1 month but it will arrive. Now I buy for a month in advance because I know it will take a month for the next package. 5 starts. I became smarter using this product

HSP has never disappointed me. They maintain integrity and are just in what they offer. They provide superior customer service compared to other companies I've worked with. With them, you can't go wrong!

High Street Pharma is an old name in this game and recently you hear things about them being a scam or unreliable but this was not our experience at all. Once everything was confirmed and shipped out it was extremely quick and customer service was there to answer questions every step of the way. Will absolutely be using their services again in the future. Reasonable prices, relatively quick delivery considering it's from overseas and excellent, polite and responsive customer service, in this kind of endeavor, what more can you ask for? Thanks High Street, we'll be back!

Made an order using gift card. Received an email saying the payment will be processed. Checked 8 days later and order was still on hold. Emailed them and they emailed back saying the gift card was not valid or already redeemed. Complete scam, do not buy from their website!

I had an issue with my an order of tretinoin I found that the specific brand was either ineffective in terms of it's make or there was an issue, they stated that it was dependent on the manufacturer of the product and they are in control of supply only. I emailed High Street Pharma and after some time to asses the issue they offered to give an extra tube upon next order. I found it to be an okay response.

Now when I recieved my next order I found they had given me two tubes on a three tube order, which I was happy with considering in the email they stated one extra tube. The order was shipped within a few weeks considering the country I am in that is impressive.

I have found the products are proper and work and if you have issues they will work with you to find a fair solution. The Tretinoin has saved my skin and I'm happy to find a vendor who sells proper products at a great price.

Ordered some pills over a month ago. They didn't arrive. Tracking shows that the postman "failed to contact" me and sent the package back to the shop. Naturally, no one tried to contact me. Might have just written the wrong address on the package or something. Anyway, the support then refuses to reship despite the "guaranteed delivery" claims on their website -- apparently they will only reship if customs snatches your package, but if anything else happens to it before you get it, that's your problem. Then I asked for a refund, and they also refuse to refund in full, trying to withhold the "shipping fee" which suddenly became more than half of the price I've paid for the whole purchase.
Overall, very bad experience. No money, no goods, wasted time on pointless conversation with support which sometimes does not reply at all, or avoids answering specific questions.

Your order will never arrive - I know there might be a lot of positive reviews out there (most definitely from bots) - but from one human to another: AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Customer "Service" is an absolute disaster, not responding our outright lying to you. There is a reason they only take crypto and gift cards: So they can take your money and run. Please do not order here.
