Ordering on Hardware World's website is very nice. No frills, the site simply works and shows you what you need -- no over the top animations and crazy nonsense ads like Amazon. I appreciate that simplicity and ease of access (and not having things thrown at me I don't need.)
As for the product, they arrived in good shape, packaged well, and on time with the window delivery provided to me upon ordering. My only gripe is that since with the paint markers I ordered is the tips took a while to soften and fill with paint (like they'd been sitting a while on a shelf somewhere) and while most turned out okay - I did have a few that frayed a bit on the end from how brittle they were. In the end they work well and I just used a little more patience on the following markers for initial setup.
I would order from Hardware World again regardless -- good product despite the small drawback, and again super easy to to use their site.

I made an online order.
I waited for it to come-nothing.
I started looking through my emails and finalyl found an email that said they were suspicious of my order. I contacted them and they said my billing and shipping were in different towns. They didnt bother using google and noting that my billing is the PO box in the town i live but the USPS address conventions ignore town areas.
Also ive been here 6 years with the same bill/ship pattern spending thousands of dollars with my same CC... no issues.
Whatever-lost my business forever
The two (2) pails arrived. The "Covers" had no handle installed. That's why I ordered this product. The customer service (Pam) was very helpful so far. I can understand oversights, but after being notified/informed of this issue, I can only hope they correct this issue soon, if it's a marketing ploy, I'll be back and not in a nice way.

It was very easy to find and order Maggie Farms Bug Spray. This is the only pet friendly spray with my cats. It had a pleasant smell.
Our order shipped the day after it was placed. We received tracking info promptly and were able to track to our front door. We would definitely purchase from Hardware World again. We just ran across this business in our search for the product we needed. Very good experience.
