I started taking this product for lower back pain and improved significantly afterward. My German Shepherd was suffering from joint pain, and I started giving her MSM, which helped her improve considerably. She went back to being the same active and playful dog she used to be.

I take one teaspoon every morning in a small amount of warm water. I don't even think about the taste, because I am so used to it, and I know it's an excellent product that helps keep me well. If the taste is a problem, it can easily be added to any type of juice.
I have not missed a day for the past five plus years of using sulfur crystals. We all need sulfur in our diet.
Shipping is crazy fast. Never had any issues whatsoever with this product in the 2 years I've been buying it. Gone through several bags now.
