To reiterate, your shipment was processed and dispatched on time; however, it was unfortunately delayed due to a disruption on FedEx's end. FedEx confirmed that an aircraft issue caused this delay.
Your order was scheduled for delivery on March 27, and we clearly communicated that, due to the delay, the updated delivery date would be March 28 within our commitment time. Our policy states that orders may be delivered up to one day after the scheduled delivery date. This information is clearly outlined both in the order confirmation email sent at the time of purchase and during the checkout process.
Regarding the discount code, please note that it must be applied by the customer during checkout. We are unable to apply codes after an order has been placed. Unable to get assistance with someone to answer online. Not enough information about stem length on flowers or size of bulb. How many days do the roses take to open, etc.

Ordered. They held it based on payment - used AMEX like I do for everything. They asked 8 additional questions via EMail which I answered. They cancelled the order. I re-ordered and used AmazonPay which is connected to the SAME credit card. Too many hoops to jump through. If this doesn't go through and things are not smooth, then Global Rose has lost a customer.

Luckily, I scheduled the flowers to arrive one day before the event because they arrived a day late due to weather issues. Once they arrived though, they were beautiful, just thirsty! Quality is very high.

The ordering process was cumbersome. It took me 2 days and 2 browsers to complete, delaying the desired delivery. Chatbot was useless. I sent an email for help. I never got help. The confirmation page did not confirm. The sender's email is the same as the recipient and that is not the case but it cannot be corrected. I honestly don't know what happened to make it finally work.
I have done several events over the years and found peace of mind when ordering because I always got my flowers on time, and if there was any issue, it was corrected immediately. Several graduations, anniversary events, and even a small wedding. I am not a florist, just an individual who loves beautiful flowers.
