Before I begin, I have to say that I'm trading on an ECN account type.
1. Trading conditions match the reality - raw spreads from 0 pips and $4.5 per lot round turn commission.
2. Executions are instantaneous, even during volatile market conditions.
3. The payments are processed well. I wouldn't say it's the fastest experience, but it's alright.
Well, trading with the broeker decided to give a try to TC... why not?
Right from the beginning it impressed me. U know. That Market Buzz thing - I just selected time period, and got most mentioned asset... i. e potential for moves.Helpful tool, imho... 🔨
As for bid/ask differnece, naah, can be thinner, sometimes not so good to me, depends on market sessions.
Tbh I didn't expect the broker to be that affordable. I though in out times many brokers do some sort of implementation of extra fees that are just written in their pdfs, which many didn't read attentively. But the broker's offerings are fair. Spreads are stay tight enough for pairs And depositing has worked the best through visa for me so far.In this regard-fast and reliable.
Even tho I don have much experience, I chose ECN accnt. Wasnt sure at first, but indeed, 0 pips here...
Comission, not high, but $4.5 per lot is idk... but overall good here

Good broker imho
This is the first time i open a real trading account and i was a bit hesitant how the process would go. It happened that i was worried for nothing. The platform guided me in the process and after submitting an id and bank statement, i got my account verified which i was aiming to do so i won't have issues with withdrawals in the future. I deposited $100 but i think one can open acc with even less than a hundred.
In short, this is how it went from my recent opening account experience :)
Fxcess could solve my problem of small initial investment, I had for trading. I managed to start from a very small sum (it was 50 i guess at this time), while was given a juicy leverage, which can be changed in settings, so as a cautious person, I was glad to have this opportunity.
In addition to that, they gave me 100% deposit, which didn't make sense as a significant amount, but still a nice gesture from them, to empower my trading. As for reliability, for now I have nothing to complain about. Fast and accurate, without much paperwork.

This applies to both trading and the broker. Waited for my setups, patiently sitting to enter the trade. Fxcess could help to make the process I don't know… more engaging. Still Im grateful that they focused on delivering core service, not some "attractive" stuff, which would be just a cover, not valuable. Step by step I learned that trading is all about waiting and saying stop when it's needed. On broker's behalf, it was just solid service, whether simple credit card withdrawals or the work of their desktop mt4 platform. I like how things are now.

I didn't go full in size with the deposit just because I wanted to verify reliability first. All in all, I traded for a week with small lots and spreads were average. At least they don't play around and were fairly same each time I entered trades at 1,7. But the most interesting part was withdrawal process… they passed the test. I withdrew through visa and the process was instant

Heh, i was analying the market, ins and outs, and could not come to the final conclusion whether it is bear market now or still bull... and I asked support team :D sure I didn expect them to give me advice, but it was good interaction...
Gald that I have differet market classes, especailly indices, not only US ones like some brokers do, but other global equity indices are here too... german dax shows internesting development, it is major rectangle formation to me.
The plafrom here works well, mt4 has enough indicators, a right platform to me

Some conditions weren't the best out there, felt pretty average compared to others I've tried. But honestly, that didn't really affect my trading results or how the service worked. I used it mostly to hold gold for longer positions, and execution felt reliable enough to stick with it

Huh, I'm glad I started with a more simple platform with clear trading conditions. This broker kept the minimalistic style and I like it. Registration, where I spend 30 min to set up my account, talks with support agent, who explained me how to use leverage and how mt4 platform works. I can call it unofficial onboarding that helped me to dive into trading world without stress.

And I dont think you need much platforms or accounst too. This is what I got trading with fxcess. Becasue I trade on classic accoutn on my and my pool of trading instrumetns is like 5 majors and some minors, adn anything more I just struggle with analysis and keeping up all of those in my head, and this is why I concenrate on what assets I have for the moment. Decent broker i think, they didnt fail to provide decent spreads, and you can see those in the table they have as well.

I can't stand waiting for sth. The situation gets worse if it's about the money, because I will have million of different thoughts while the withdrawal process finish, but the instant speed clears that. Huge respect for that. The customer treatment is fleet as well, the minute I asked the question I got the answer. I thought it might be scripted answers or the bot sitting, but naah, it's really the person helping.

1.7 average spreads on Classic. I like it more than ECn because I started on it. It could get bonuses, and I just stuck with it now. But for trading europairs, its fine. Honestly even if it had 0.5-1 more pips, it shouldnt matter too much. People who focus only oon spread, dont know what they are doiung.

I regret to share that I have become a victim of this broker. When I requested to close my account and process my refund, they refused and instead pressured me to continue trading. I am being blackmailed and forced to stay with them against my will. Despite multiple follow-ups, my withdrawal request is being delayed with no proper explanation. They failed to provide any valid license or regulation proof, and I now strongly suspect this platform is operating without proper regulatory oversight. Be extremely cautious. There is a high risk of scam, and once your money is in, it may never come out. I am still waiting for my funds, and I feel completely helpless.
