My package was thrown on the sidewalk in front of my house. We have a front porch where packages can be put so they are out of sight from the street. The delivery person could have taken three more steps to put the package where it would have been safe. It is the worst delivery I have ever had from anyone.

I was told the order was delivered on Saturday. It had not. FTD refused to tell me what local florist fulfilled the order, nor who took delivery. On Monday, the order was delivered. It did not have a basket (what I ordered) and the flowers were nothing like the order, not even the colors.

The delivery was for a co-workers birthday. Pricing was transparent having FTD Gold made it easy to schedule without worrying about additional fees. The bouquet was very much loved.

I would much prefer dealing with USA based customer service as the accents of your foreign staff are difficult to understand.
The bottom line is that my 93-year old mother received her flowers two days after her birthday.

Apparently, the recipient was extremely pleased with the arrangement. They are beautiful.
However, it's a bit concerning to receive a text from the delivery person saying the flowers were left on a fence post... Not 100% sure because the photo was a bit confusing. I was told the gate closed and they were unable to access the property. In any case, I'm grateful that the flowers looked great and eventually they made it to the person they were addressed to, I'm just a bit wary of ordering again from a service that doesn't confirm the flowers were at least left in an area where they couldn't potentially be stolen.

I ordered a "Happy Days" arrangement for my nieces birthday. I added on to the original arrangement with a balloon and extra flowers. The arrangement arrived on time, the flowers fresh and perky, and the birthday balloon was attached, however the arrangement was small, not in the happy face vase I ordered and obviously did not contain extra flowers. It was a $30 arrangement at the most, which I paid $80. I was terribly disappointed and let FTD know. FTD read my original review and contacted me to apologize and credited my account a portion of my cost. I am so happy! I have always had success ordering from FTD, and was so sad this go around. Obviously FTD reads their reviews and worked to resolve the issue I had. Thank you FTD!

I ordered a standing arrangement for a funeral. Even though I ordered it one day in advance, the order was fulfilled... and beautifully. The family ended up using the arrangement for a community gathering as well as for a church memorium the next day. I appreciated the quick action and beautiful fulfillment!
