My shoulder straps broke after years of use on my Solo Backpack Sprayer. Forestry Suppliers was the only place I could find the straps and the little clips that hold the straps in place. Customer Service was INCREDIBLE and all products arrived as promised in great shape.
I WILL FIND A REASON TO ALWAYS USE THEM!

I had a great experience. I had a question about the pottery diameter chart, and it was answered very quickly. I wish I had more money to spend at Forestry Supply and more dig gear. In a previous order, I finally got my own Muncell color chart, archaeologist level-up.

My only request is that Forestry Supply partner with the British online store, Past Horizons.

The majority of the order was fulfilled very quickly. There were two items on backorder but we have already received one of them and have a schedule for receiving the last item.

I purchased 2 fire council swatters and 1 gator trash pick up device. The swatter is basically a mud flap attached to a wooden pole to put out grass fires. It looks very durable and should last many years. The gator trash pick up device is the second one that I have purchased for trash pick up along our county road. I was satisfied with the first one that I purchased so, my helper has a better device to help me pick up trash.

Appreciate pheromone selection, parts for drip torch etc. Exact right item and easy to order.

I am a repeat customer. This order included a tree bar to plant tree saplings. I have used my first one for over 10 years. This second one is for my wife to plant shrubs. A garden fork was ordered because the forged tines will help me go to no-till in my garden.
Neither of these items was cheap, but these quality tools last a lifetime.

I had accidently ordered the wrong model of a logger's tape for a college course I am in. The customer service over the phone to help me get a refund and order the correct one was very quick and easy. Whoever I spoke with over the phone was extremely nice and cared about getting me the refund and correct tape. I will be ordering with Forestry Suppliers again in the future for anything else I need.

I originally ordered the same product from a different supplier, and needed it for a work project coming up. The other supplier waffled around with shipping and I eventually had to cancel the order because the product wouldn't get here in time. I ordered with Forestry Suppliers instead - shipping was prompt, customer service was great and communicative, and I was able to get the weather meter I needed the day before the project started.

I was seeking a hard-to-find item - a TyChem suit in Medium, to be used for difficult Search and Rescue missions in the thickest poison oak. Forestry Suppliers had exactly what I needed and shipped quickly. I'll definitely be a return customer when needed.
