I was surprised that there was an extra fee to reserve what I would consider non-premium seats. I was also a little overwhelmed by the many ala carte add on options and finding all the no thank you buttons hidden all over the place.
There was an unexpected increase in price right at the very end of the process right when I was about to pay.
In searching for my airline, I inadvertently booked on your site. I was disappointed with the experience and ended up cancelling. I booked on the actual site instead. The booking fees and the cost for travel insurance and extra fees were outrageous.

I booked a flight by accident and they advertised 24 hour cancelation with FULL refund. 10 minutes later I talked to someone in customer service and they gave me less than 75% back. I can't be more disappointed and will NEVER use flight network again because I am so disappointed. I wish the transparency and advertising was genuine

I Googled Contour Airlines and FlightNetwork came up first and I used it to search for my flight. Big mistake. In addition to charging me $7.75 more for my flight than Contour would have charged, I confirmed the fare on Contour's website after realizing I'd made a mistake using FlightNetwork, FlightNetwork had an $11 fee for seat selection and wanted to upcharge me for a number of services like flight insurance, insurance if the airline went bankrupt, etc, etc. It seemed to take forever to get my ticket. Never again. I'm not sure there is any benefit to using FlightNetwork?

I went through all the steps to book and once I submitted my payment, it made me go all the way back to the beginning. The flights I had originally selected (which were almost empty!) were now slightly different price but they were the same flights. Also, what is "pay 10$ to be sat together"? Try? It's completely in your power to seat us together and if we have to pay money we better be sat together on these almost EMPTY flights.

Painful. The system failed twice when I submitted the booking so I had to start at the beginning.
I was quoted a price for the flight that did not include seats! I've flown other airlines where you can just not pick a seat so they pick it for you at no cost. With this I had to pay for a seat separately before I could move on. That sounds like false advertising to me.
Why can't I add a checked bag at the time of booking? We are going to GCM to dive, which means we have to check bags and I have no idea what that will cost, even after I've booked the flight!
I intended to book directly with Contiur airlines & despite me googling them, your company came up first. I didn't realize it wasn't Contour's website until after i finalized my booking. Not only did I realize that, but I also realized I overpaid by approximately $10, which would not have been the case if I had booked directly with Contour which was what I tried to do. I feel duped and am only happy that I only overpaid by $10 as opposed to a lot more.

I felt very misled that the "don't choose seats option" was hidden and tried to double our trip price and then at the final step it said the cost went up by $93 (nearly 10%) due to "availability".

Reservation Process was easy. However, $8 for aisle or window is a bit much. As this is my first booking with Breeze, we shall see how the flight etc. turns out.
