I researched the process of getting my 13 A mairrage visa at great length. I searched the blogs under "American expatriates" in Philippines. As well as anything relating to one's ability to gain residency after marriage to a Filipina. A few examples went relatively smoothly. However a vast majority relayed many complications. Many issues in completing that process. What theoretically was "easy" was in fact not very easy at all. Wasted time because of incomplete paperwork. Return trips to Bureau of Immigration. Complications that cost time, and therefore wasted money. I decided to minimize this trouble and not to test my patience. Things can be difficult enough in Philippines adjusting to their culture. Very pleased with the services they provided for our K1 visa process, they are very friendly and courteous people. They are very knowledgeable about the requirements and process, i was super nervous about the whole process but they taught me everything I needed and made sure i had the documents needed. At first, our experience was filled with worries, and the K1 submission process felt very tricky. However, with the help of Filipino Visa - especially the staff at the office - we were able to upload our documents correctly. They were also very approachable and helpful.

You always knew the answers to our questions. That means a lot. This has been very stressful for us. Always remember this for other people. Every person has been wonderful to us. Especially Pooja and receptionist who answers the phone.

I enlisted Filipino Visa through Michelle. Arjel was assigned to take me through the process. He directed and assisted me with the proper agencies. This does understandably take some time and foot work. But Arjel was always available to help with any questions and gave directions and advice. I was living in Davao at the time. The last step was at Immigration in Manila which Filipino Visa provided transportation and hotel. The Filipino Visa office was less than a block from the hotel. The hotel itself is an historic building in Manila. Take plenty of pictures of you with our spouse and Her family. I had just a minimum of pictures. After that your passport stays at Immigration for Visa approval. I can not remember how long but on July 13 2026 I have my permanent 13A residence visa now. My experience in Filipino Visa throughout my K1 visa application was so great. The staffs are so nice, caring and approachable.They also have mock interview before the USEM interview and a complimentary hotel and a car to take and pick me up to the US embassy that's help me a lot.

Rainier went above and beyond to help us. Even after I received my ACR card he checked to see if there was anything else he could do for us.

They were on-time with all pick ups and drop offs. They also booked a grab (Uber) when Thier cars were unavailable We were impressed by your representatives Andrea, Elaine, Chezcka, Zane, Jonalisa, Shaira, Vin (who sat in the sun outside the embassy all day), all the drivers and the rest of the team they provided such a great service that my fiancé remembered them.
