It was quick, easy and simplified. Additionally, the payment process was friendly and straightforward. Having the ability to track my transaction was worth using this method. Thank goodness for the app! Loved it

I had tried the 'normal' sites and couldn't make heads or tails out of any of it. This was fast and easy, I paid a couple dollars for faster delivery but I put my information in on a Thursday and had them in my mailbox on Tuesday.

I've spoken with several agents about my jeep registration and provided everything requested. 2 agents after that couldn't complete the order for silly reasons, the first was they needed to know if the original owners name (mine) was to be on the title. I requested the renewal, I need a new tag since I had to surrender it last year. Another agent said the registration was still valid so they couldn't send another tag giving me the expiration date 2 months old? Now they say I need to provide the old tag number I surrendered 9 months ago, she could see the registration but refused to see the tag number. This was the dumbest person I believe I've spoken to in some time!

Fast, efficient but ridiculous amount of money for a simple service. I should have walked into MVA and waited 30 minutes and walked out with the tags. Example $7.99 for shipping when a regular $. 70 stamp was used!
We panicked when we lost the little tag. On-line I quickly found the page that allowed me to reorder a replacement tag. The tag arrived quickly and our problem was solved.

And did not know that I had to tell the state that I had I new insu as that was always they job!
