I had a very disappointing experience with Creative Fabrica.
I started what appeared to be a free trial for their Studio AI tool, but I was charged €57.81 immediately. As soon as I noticed the charge, I cancelled the subscription and contacted their support team to request a refund. I also confirmed that I had not used the service.
Unfortunately, my refund request was refused based on their policy, even though the payment was unintended and the service was never used. I also attempted to resolve the issue through PayPal, but the dispute was not successful.
I am sharing this experience so that other users are aware that starting the trial may result in an immediate charge. If you decide to try their services, make sure you read all the terms very carefully before proceeding.
I hope the company will reconsider cases like this in the future and provide better support for customers who make genuine mistakes.

My experience with Creative Fabrica has been extremely disappointing. I reached out for customer service regarding an issue with my account, and instead of receiving help, I was blocked and hung up on. This is completely unacceptable for a company that charges subscriptions and claims to offer support.

The lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic customer care is shocking. No customer should be treated this way, especially when they are simply trying to resolve a billing or account issue. I expected much better, and this experience has made me lose trust in the service entirely.

I hope Creative Fabrica takes responsibility and improves its customer support, because right now, it feels like a scam.

They offered me a free trial, but with no way to cancel the trial itself until they charge you the 47 dollars after the trial is up. I have been contacting them since with no response.

Absolutely awful experience: they charged me hidden costs during free trial, which I never consented to. I contacted customer service, but after a few days only a bot replied. There seems no option to even cancel the trial. I will have to take measures I never thought I would have to take when signing up there.

The bigger variety of everything under the sun. Very affordable. I only pay $9 monthly. It knocks font bundles out the park. Never had any issues with downloading. Worth a try!
