My order was refunded but i never got my money back and i email them multiple times and they never responded so i hope they eat $#*!. 😐

My PayPal account was hacked and several transactions were made on my account that I had to dispute and creamiicandy hapkened to be one of them. Just a few hours after filing my claim within paypal I got a horrible and threatening email from who I assume is the owner of creamiicandy.
They sent me a screenshot of the order made using my account and titled the email "scammer". They told me they submitted my address to the police, I'll have the email in the photos on here.
I think it's absolutely ridiculous that I would be personally threatened with police by a company via email. So unprofessional

The kawaii mystery boxes are the best, so lovely packager and also included my request. I love the sanrio and stationery ones and the plushies. I've started buying monthly for my daughter and myself

The mystery sets are great and my daughter loves them. I got the stationery box and the licensed squishies set for Christmas this year and I cant wait to give them to her. They even added some extra goodies and little gift card note that I requested them to do in the notes section.

I actually love candies and everything that is connected with sweeties. It's my passion and i can't deny it. Of course, I understand that the amount of sugar which I consume daily is very dangerous, however I can't stop. I tried so many times and every time was failed. So, I decided to continue destroy my health and i applied to this candy shop in order to buy some more sweeties. The sweeties here are very delicious and it seems to me that these sweeties are the tastiest candies I have ever tasted. So, definetely recommend this website and this candy shop to buy sweeties.

Their customer service is honestly the best I've ever received. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews here but I can safely say their customer service is by the far the best. I've made big orders from their shop and they will send them in a few boxes and let me know so I am informed. They answer my emails SO quickly even though they are from the other part of the world.

Emailed the owner for safety certificates and they were quick to respond. Great squishy website and the squishies I received were in great condition, they smell really good as well.

Their creamiicandy Squishies are sooo slow and cute- they are all scented like the squishy you buy. I also bought some japanese stationery from their website recently.
I receive gifts in my orders and the second time I ordered they even wrote welcome back in my notes. They really care about their customers and resolve any issues quickly. I've purchased from other squishy websites before and they don't reply as quickly as creamiicandy who always seem to care!

Creamiicandy is very responsive to emails and if I ever have an issue with my order they will ALWAYS fix it and make sure I am happy with my order. There has not been a single time when they have not responded to my email and my questions later than 1-2 days. One time my squishies got damaged in the mail even though creamiicandy sent them in box packaging and they still helped me resolve the issue when it was not their fault. They also ALWAYS give me gifts! I love creamiicandy

Run as fast as you can and never look back. I ordered over $300 worth of squishies and they only sent 17 pieces. I was supposed to get 66 pieces per my purchase order. They sent an email confirmation from a no reply email address (*******@creamiicandy.com) and sent tracking from a weird gmail address (*******@gmail.com JOEL QIAO) tracking was supposed to accompany another tracking but they never sent it. Also, when I looked at all my email confirmation, the same purchase order was re-sent with different shipping instructions/notes written on there posing fake as me or they slipped and sent the purchase order with their own notes to me by mistake saying, "only ship this xxxxx and NOT THE OTHER ONES" lol what a mess. I filed a dispute/claim with PayPal. Company is a joke. Don't buy from them. You have been warned.
