You will regret purchasing from this company. They will hassle you if your costume does not fit. They were inappropriately asking for pictures when told it did not fit. They are too expensive for the quality and the hassle of getting a refund even though they state in their website that they will issue a refund.

Ordered a costume and the latest delivery date was October 21. I did not receive the costume in time for my party on Oct 29. When I complained they would not issue me a refund or pay for the label to return the item. False and deceptive conduct.

Website states they will process within 24 hours of payment. My purchase has not processed well into the 15th business day of the payment going through. Customer support is non-response, probably just one big scam website.

Doesn't even deserve one star I ordered a $100+ outfit, never sent me an email telling me when it would come, I got it tailor made so I knew it would take a while eventually forgot about it 6 months later my mom brings it up and we sent 10+ emails back and forth asking for my money back they refused and said they could send it or give me in sore credit I refused and just wanted my money back it's been over a year nothing came and still won't give me my money back and is still just offering me in store credit with terrible customer service.

This was a total sham the minute we hit "order" never got a confirmation, never got email communicating when our item would be here or that they even received order. Debited my account immediately but still no communication! When i FINALLY located at number/email i did... crap responses thru email, never got thru to phone number... item finally came NOTHING like what we ordered... not even usable. They quit emailing me back once i said i wanted my money refunded. TERRIBLE customer service. TERRIBLE ordering. Waste of 80.00. Don't ever order... say they are in US... but shipping was from china.

I have paid for a full Descendants Uma costume. But I only received the dress. I have paid for the wig, cloves and dress. They do not respond to my emails. Stay away from this company.

This company sent me the wrong dress and then refused to provide the dress i ordered or create me a return label. Terrible customer service. The rep either could not understand me or did not care. It honestly could have even been a bot. They said they would refund 30% of my order and I could keep the dress, (that I did not order, did not fit me and was frankly ugly as sin.) after exchanging 10+ messages I eventually just had to file a change back with my bank.

Not to mention I paid for expedited shipping and the dress arrived over a week late.

I made a purchase of 3 power rangers costumes. Spent a lot of money and this company doesn't have a legit phone number nor responds to emails. My purchase was made on March 31,2022. I'm hoping for the best but won't use them again. In the process of getting my money back.

I ordered from them about 9 months ago at this point and never received anything from them. After a couple months I sent messages to them to see what was going on and at first it seemed like they were trying to be helpful. After a couple messages, however, they began completely ignoring me. Now they've deleted my order and my account from the website to remove any proof I purchased from them and I never got the item or a refund. Don't buy.

I ordered a costume for my daughter and selected the option to have it "tailor made" to her measurements as she's quite petite. I provided the exact measurements requested. The costume arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but when she tried it on, it wasn't anywhere close to fitting her. The vest is too long and the skirt's waist was so big it almost falls off her. I reached out to them and after a few days they responded that they would give me a 10% credit to have it altered. Ummm... that is like $7.95 barely enough to have a button sewn on by a tailor. So then I asked to return the costume for a refund. I was told there would be a 20% restocking fee plus I have to pay to ship it back. To CHINA. Ummm... again, how is this good customer service? Are they planning to restock a "custom fit" costume? I've been asking every day for a better resolution - I'd even be willing to pay for shipping if they'd just refund my entire purchase price but no response to date.

I placed an order with Cosplayshopper for a costume in September. Their website stated that I would be able to receive the costume by Halloween if ordered before the end of September. I placed the order with 4 days to spare given their time frame. Two weeks pass and I get an email stating they wouldn't be able to make their deadline due to high demand and if I wanted a refund I could get one or they could continue to process the order. I was extremely bummed out about hearing that but decided to go ahead and wait. Long story short, I waited a total of 2 months and emailed them asking what has happened to my order. They then told me they had supply issues and it wouldn't be done until the end of the year. If I would have known it was supply issues and not just a high demand of sales I would have just asked for the refund. But instead they decided to keep me in the dark about what was really going on. I decided right then and there I wanted a refund because they lied about what really was causing the delay to my order. They only refunded me $58 out of almost $300 that I paid in full at the beginning of all of this. I will never do business with them ever again! Buyers beware of their shady business tactics. This isn't how you treat customers!

I ordered my costume 30 days in advance of Halloween. I was told that my order would ship within 3-5 business days and that I would receive it within 15 days. I reached out 7 days after I ordered to get a status update. I was given a USPS tracking number that day, which happened to be a Friday. I waited until the following Tuesday, there was no tracking info, when I plug it into the USPS site, it tells me they still have not dropped off the package. It's now been 22 days, I paid an extra $20 for expedited shipping. Absolutely ridiculous, there is still no tracking information, and I have no guarantee that my child will get their difficult to find costume in time for Halloween. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! They basically stole $100 from me.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! I tried to order a $142.97 ($162.45 including shipping) cosplay from them on April 16th, 2020. I got an email saying it was shipped and all, but it was a Chinese site. So I waited a few months since it seemed like it was being shipped from out the country. However, nothing came. In March 2021, I tried reaching out to them and never heard anything. It was only when I started posting negative reviews and telling my story on sites they reached out. I gave them the order details and they said that "the order was out of stock for the product and they were never able to process my order". In other words, they took my money and sent my a bogus teaching number then. They said that they would cancel the order (so they had it the whole time?) and would refund me through PayPal. Surprise, it's October 2021 and I still haven't been refunded for a product I paid for and never received and STILL have not received a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Still waiting for my costume to arrive. It has been over a month and they just keep responding with the same message. I asked for a refund and they simply said that the sent another costume. Never once did I ask for another one.
