Three days in a row I went to you guys and all three days you guys didn't have no food. Place is dirty long lines. You guys should've never extended your hours till 11 if you guys cannot fulfill the orders for your customers you guys need to go back to 10 o'clock or shut that place down.
Wells Fargo restaurant analyst settles the Chipotle burrito "weight debate."... you are getting ripped-off.
Weight of portions vary like a crazy lunatic from hell.
Went to the store on 22nd/Harrison in Tucson Az. Arrived with a friend around 100m. There was no grilled veggies in the showcase as well as meat but the children were standing around. We asked when they will have these items refilled for purchase and we were told 3 minutes. 10 minutes later and having to ask to have the veggies put back on the grill due to not being cooked we had to have our bowls made over. Most of the children working were Ok but once we got to the cashier, she was rude, sarcastic and out of line. After giving that little girl a piece of my mind we ran into the manager, Sara, that clearing was not managing her employees. Sara did not once apologize or make me feel any better about our poor experience at her store. Sara made excuses for her staff and for not having food ready to be sold and was not very respectful of our complaints. Sara needs to have customer service training and needs to be aware of what her employees are doing or not doing. Was very pissed off when we left this store and were treated negatively when we complained. I will end this review with our food was very good after we finally got it but it was not worth the problems and rudeness we had to endure to get it. Will not go back to this store again! Please help Sara be a better manager!
Chipotle never fails to satisfy my craving for delicious and customizable Mexican food. The quality of their ingredients is top-notch, and I appreciate their commitment to sourcing ethically raised meats and organic produce. The ordering process is efficient, and the portion sizes are generous. While the prices are slightly higher than other fast-food options, the freshness and flavor make it worth it
The food is really low quantity and it has too much Lettuce and it has only less meat in it. The cheese is less as well.
Three bowls are not worth fourty dollars. Moes is just as good but cheaper even with the cheese added and the bowls are bigger. The food was cold and had no tasteI. I will never do business here again.
I ordered something off Postmates and just needed to ask them a question but you are not allowed to talk to human being. All it does is continually loops you and doesn't allow you to talk to the store. Extremely poor customer service.
I took 2 pics of my order! I ordered extra cheese and fajitas. If you look at pic I clearly did not get extra cheese. I didn't get fajita at all, nor did the employee who gave me my order tell me there was no fajita. Bad experience.
This is for order MY7-XA2.
We have had recurring problems with the restaurant accepting orders for items that it cannot fill. When we show up, the order is partially met with missing items just omitted from the order. "Sorry we are out," somehow makes it good?
To be clear, customers that know items cannot be filled will take their orders elsewhere. Instead? Because you order online, you have no idea the order can't be filled. You just have a sack of crap dumped on you. Bonus? You have to request a refund from Pepper - Chiptloe's mostly hidden and extremely dysfunctional chatbot. After repeatedly dropping your connection or asking inane questions, Pepper... offers some freebes (which also cannot be filled because the restaurant is out of ingredients). Refund? No answer? Pepper doesn't language well enough to understand, "refund please."
In order to figure out whether a refund has been issued? That takes a live agent. Getting one online? You must be crazy! Three of them. It takes three of them before you can get someone to spell out that no refund has been issued for an order that COULD NOT EVEN BE FILLED CORRECTLY.
The entire time, you are bombarded with questions whose sole intent appears to be stonewall you into just giving up. We have an infant and a toddler, and Chipoltle thinks that this is how families want to spend their evenings? Chipotle thinks people want to place orders that cannot be filled? We want to deal with their dysfunctional agents?
Let's be clear:
Chipotle is accepting orders it cannot fill.
Chipotle partially fills order, explaining some outages but not all - meaning every aspect of an order is screwed up. Which you find out when it's delivered.
It then refuses to process a refund? Because... Who the hell knows?
We have to file a claim with the BBB to get a refund? Maybe?
Do we have to cancel the payment?
Or should we just skip all of this and go straight to small claims with an appropriate legal consultation fee attached for damages?
There appears to be someone in Chipotle corporate who thinks all of this is a good idea?
This company has lost its mind.
You really have to try to mess up this badly. I knew something was up when they were telling everyone that had run out of certain ingredients, again. As the pandemic ended, this happened and systems were adjusting. Some leeway was understandable. Now? Well, they guy in front of me had to ask three times where the meal for his child was. That evasive, non-response was another clue.
When I retrieved my order, which was tipped onto its side with my name written on it … upside down, because they had run out of printing paper, something was clearly wrong. My child's meal was dumped inside the bag, which was flopped over upside down, and … nothing was out of whack? Why was there no rice all over the bag? My child's meal was missing its sides (and that's what he likes!) When I asked, the young lady just walked away to the back. Two more employees, who had just come from the back stared blankly at me and my apostasy of wondering where my kid's food was? Then the first women came out having re-made the order, rather than just adding the sides, I thought it was solved. She decided that my son did not need the quesadilla though. Nor did he need his milk? My burrito was also messed up. That means that every to go order MUST unwrap and check everything? They managed to screw up every aspect of the order, some twice.
As I say there watching, two things became clear.
One, they guy … sometimes two or three guys, working the to-go orders is just stuffing things into sacks. He was not checking orders (and may have assumed that one of the rotating cast of supporters were getting things). He was stuffing things in bags as fast as he could, and was just leaving out kids meals (as the third father behind me confirmed). So there is likely a hole string of befuddled customers wondering, "Why does Chipotle think my kids don't need the food I purchased for them?"
Two, its chaos. Only the guys working the grills appeared dedicated to a station. Everyone else is moving around like restaurant miasma. If there was a manager? AWOL.
It looked like employees were in open rebellion against corporate. Running out of ingredients and dorking up orders to generate complaints looks like a way to get 'we have no manager' messenge to corporate.
A refund then, right? You cant actually get a refund in store. You have to contact corporate. How? Use the app? Nope, The app doesn't process the orders you made on it. You have to tediously answer a whole series of questions and then … nothing. You cant get past Pepper. There is no way to get a human to respond. What a great way to make a bad situation worse! Use this method to get a refund … to not get a refund!
Messaging? Nope they have yet another method of 'bringing that to their attention' and someone might get back to you? No.
If you prepay for a steak, and someone brings out a salad saying, "Sorry we are out of steak," that would generally both annoy people and result in a refund.
Not with Chipotle. While everyone has bad nights, its clear from the shell shocked crew that they are getting as much help as I am. While this restaurant does well sometimes, issue like this appear randomly without warning. I've never seen it worse than this evening.
If every customer who needs a refund has to talk to corporate, there is no reason for corporate not to know about this. There is even leas of a reason to be actively making it worse by making the standard resolution process impossible, and for utterly failing to provide their employees with support of any kind.
I'm pretty much done with Chipotle.
I tried chipotle for the second time and it was even worse then the first.Cold food, dry steak and way too salty.
Mom picking up food for my family and displeasure of standing in this filthy store who is standing around dirty tables, dirty floor, dirty counter, one man stood alone, never stopped working. His name is Michael if he's not the manager, he should be. Granite run store in media Pennsylvania.
After eating at chipotle five or six times a week since they opened here in Dallas I'm deciding this is it after today. They are getting greedy. Got my normal plain boring bowl for just rice and beans which is already over priced and asked them to put the salsa on the side so it's not cold when I get to eat it and they tried to charge me another 1.80 for that and I usually get a lime juice on the side and they tried to charge me $1.80 for that too. I was OK when they started charging for the sides of tortillas but not this. At first I thought maybe it's because I go to the same locations every day and they don't charge me, but they said this was the new rule. So my group and I will be looking for a new daily lunch spot.
Very disappointed will not be back until more consistency in portion size. Annoying that they are still using a spoon to dish out the protein, not sure if they have heard of a measuring cup? Tired of paying for double protein to get the standard amount.
We have gone to the recently opened store in Meridian, Idaho on Chinden a couple of times. One night we went in at 9:00 PM (they are open until 10). They literally had one meat option available and no quacamole. The next time it was 2:00 PM, they had only pork and about 6-7 pieces of their "signature" barbacoha beef. It looked like pieces of dried shoe leather. They had 1 scoop, barely of quaamole. I remember years ago when we lived in Utah and it was really good. The commercials are misleading. Neither time did we walk into the store and hear or smell fresh cooking. We won't be back nor will we recommend it.
Order a quesadilla queso and chips. When I viewed my receipt there were three other items added. On top of that my queso did not have a lud and was dumped in the bottom of my bag. Cannot get anyone to answer their phone.
I had an issue among dozens of others. No food left even one hour and half before closing. It's not the first time. It happened dozens of times. Good Luck trying to call Customer Service. It's outsourced overseas to another country. It just goes in circles.
It was a huge mistake for Chipotle to send Customer Service over seas. It's a big waste of time. I'm done with Chipotle for ever.
Re: Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, NC location. Order # 218
The only server was preparing a large takout order. After that he proceeded to prepare another order of 3 burritos for a guy infront of me. When my turn arrived, I said to him that there should be another server because by this time there was a line of 6 other people behind me.
A woman suddenly appeared. I believe she is the manageress as I have seen her before. Here is how the conversation went.
She: You can go away.
Me: Why should I go away. I have been waiting over 10 mins.
She: You are rude.
Me: How am I rude when all I said was there should be more servers.
She: What am I doing now.
She said that while putting on gloves and then proceeded to serve me and there was no further interaction.
So if you lose customer, know that you have a staff member who tells customers to go away for politely making legitimate suggestion.
Always have loved Chipotle. However that has changed. Prices are going up while portions are down. Last order I wasn't sure if they put chicken in and then I found a few pieces. I asked for extra cheese and I got a sprinkle. Very disappointed. I will not pay these prices for what you get. Sorry Chipotle but I'm done.
I will never order from this company again. I run 4 healthcare offices and periodically purchase lunch for physicians and staff. I ordered $244.58 worth of bowls for staff through their website for delivery. It was marked off as delivered but yet we never received anything, No one will help you and all they do it talk over you. The customer service is extremely rude also. They are fighting me on refunding my credit card and absolutely refused to remake the order and deliver it. This is the worst place i have ever dealt with. Sad but never again. I wish i could rate it a with a -1 star
Ordered the bowl with what was labeled as "steak". Every piece of this so called "steak" was at least half gristle or fat. Disgusting! Wouldn't feed this garbage to my dog. Over-priced, substandard food. I will not be back.
