Dishonest

Booked flight was called later that day stating the price increased and was informed I needed to pay the difference. When I said no and that I would book with another company they honored the original price. I also had my original departure flight for Saturday. Email confirmation validated this. Checking on the spirit app, cheapflights changed my departure flight to Sunday without notice

Flex Coverage

The company stands behind the flex coverage it offers, although not clearly spelled out. Customers should understand thoroughly what it costs and what it covers in terms of customer cancellations/changes, trip interruptions, emergencies, and changes due to airline. I would highly recommend flex coverage from this company. The company sales/scheduling reps are customer focused and conscientious, and managers are at ready to assist if needed to keep customers satisfied.

I bought tickets from Stockholm to Boston. This website had a very good price for the flights we wanted. But they had to change our date to a day earlier since our original dates was fully booked. Then they didn't confirm our tickets for over a week despite me asking by phone and email multiple times. They kept saying tomorrow for 5 straight days! When it was finally confirmed, they forgot to assign us seats even though we paid for them. Overall, the result was we got the flights we wanted but the hassle and grief was almost not worth it.

I arrived at the airport at my departure date to find that my ticket had been entered into the airline system a month earlier and their records showed a show and therefore my trip had been cancelled in their system. When I called Cheapflights they wanted to reimburse me for the flight. After hours on the phone they offered different flights from what I had bought originally. I ended up having to stay longer, loosing other flights and having to extend the number of nights at the hotel without getting reimbursed.

Easy to use. Reliable and extremely helpful staff! I was a little nervous waiting for my confirmation e-tickets, but i called and they reassured me that everything was ligit and it was legit. The experience was extremely successful!

Felt like a scam

Our flights were canceled, which isnt a big deal except thwy tried so hard to talk me out of a refund. They wanted to rebook me flights that were $700 but $500 on every other website. They tried telling me a refund would take "months" yet my email says 2-3 weeks. They had me on the phone for over an hour and then the representative was so rude once I demanded a refund

I won't my money back

I paid $395 online, but when I went to the airport they didn't send me the ticket. When I called them, I paid $1198. 98 because they claimed there were only two seats available, but when I boarded the plane, most of the seats were empty.

Refund request Unresponsive

I have purchased a business class ticket from Bangkok to Los Angeles. Due to complications after a surgery I was not able to fly. I have submitted all the required medical documentation still have not gotten a response. I tried to change my tickets to a later date when I would be fit to fly but the price change was outrageous more than original I have asked for a refund and still have gotten no response. I was told it will take the airline 7 to 10 business weekdays and it's been more than two weeks. Still awaiting a resolution.booking *******

Terrible Experience - AVOID

The site is glitchy. When I pressed Submit to buy my plane ticket, a false error popped up telling me my card was invalid. Being careful, I waited 5 mins to see if I received an email confirmation of the flight purchase regardless. When no confirmation came, I entered my credit card details again and pressed Submit. Within the next few minutes, I received 2 confirmation numbers for 2 tickets for the same flight. When I called the company, they tell me now I've to pay $170 to solve this 'duplicate' purchase. For the next 12 hours, I struggled to pay the $170 to get my ticket issued. Now all the payment links didn't work with any of my credit cards and the company wouldn't pick up or they would shut down my chat inquiries. It was the last ticket available that I needed on that flight. I called and begged and pleaded for their help as now I am held hostage. I have now paid twice and they won't refund me, can't solve the $170 payment link error and would not issue me the ticket either. After spending over $200 on phone calls to them, they finally waived the $170 and issued the ticket. The entire experience has been traumatizing and should not happen in this day and age. Buyer beware, I would avoid with a 10-foot pole. The stress is not worth it and I hadn't saved money buying from them, they simply showed a ticket that was no longer available on United Airlines.

Do not use this site!

Wanted to keep a portion of the deposit when I needed to cancel a car rental. Nobody could process this return except the individual that initially took the reservation. Any changes to my flights had to go thus way also. When I said I needed to change my car rental because the rental company would be closed, their response was to get a hotel and get the car in the morning. There are 24hr car rental offices. They did not want to give up that deposit. I WILL NEVER USE THUS COMPANY AGAIN!

Sometimes the advertised flight does not include all the info needed. This time it did. I really think that baggage fees are unnecessary and a second check-in bag should be included in all overseas tickets.
