I have placed an order of Solitaire ring by seeing the brand name Candere by Kalyan. Their team member was behind with me until I placed the order. Once I did he stop responding to messages and calls. I wrote to the customer care but not received any update about my order which is very costly. I have asked about cancellation of order but not yet received any response neither from mail nor through WhatsApp. I spend my hard earn money and I'm so tensed now… some one please help me

I received an entangled chain from Candere, which was very disappointing. While the product quality is generally good and the delivery was prompt, the post-purchase support is terrible. Be cautious when ordering, as their customer service is extremely poor.
Additionally, they never show negative reviews on their website, only positive ones. I gave this same review, but it still hasn't been published. This is a bad practice.

I purchased mani mangalsutra which continuously broken within one month,it's screw is of very poor quality due to which it's continue remove from neck so unable to wear it then what is the use

Quality of the product is very bad. I bought one earing for my daughter and this item lasted only 9 months 🙄. After contacting customer support for service they are telling product will repair but shipping charges I have to pay because of their poor production quality.

Abolsute cheats, How they are in business I do not understand
They are selling non hallmarked gold as hallmarked gold. Once you receive the jewelry and see it is not hallmarked as claimed by customer service, they are refusing to take the jewelry back. There is no customer service. There is no one ever who answers the phone. If they ever respond over whatsapp, they refuse to accept anything. They flat out refuse to take the jewelry back though website says 15 days return period. Run from them. Report them to the govt of india.

There is no ethics in them they do not listen to their customer
They do fraudulent activities
Not reliable you can't trust them

I visited the store for the first time and was really impressed by their service. I got my ring from them and got it delivered in a very short time. The whole experience was great.

I order for nose pin on 5th Dec, today is 12th Jan but still I have not receive my order. They dont even give proper update.
I will never ever go to candere for jewelry.

I came across this beautiful ring advertised by Candere. I was skeptical about ordering jewellery online. But because it was backed by Kalyan, I made up my mind and placed the order for the ring after talking to an executive named William who was in touch with me throughout the process. Firstly, the delivery to the nearest Kalyan outlet got delayed which was acceptable. Secondly, the amount shown at the last stage of my purchase increased by 4k because of the increase of gold grams in my ring which I was not notified about until I went to the store to collect my order. Thirdly, the product that I received was nowhere similar to the advertised product. But now I cannot return the product with 100% money back as it is engraved. Really disappointed with the end result. Candere is a SCAM brand. What is the point of ordering such expensive things online when the finished product is not what you had in mind. I shared the images of my ring to William (Candere support executive) and he was in complete denial that the ring that I received is not the same as what I had ordered. I would recommend people not to purchase anything from Candere.

I am Gagandeep Kaur I ordered two bangles from Candere but unfortunately I ordered wrong size of bangle when I called to customer care Mr. Krunal who is said that I have cancel the order and place another order with all the bank discounts but there is showing payable amount but I already paid all amount of bangle I ordered on 27-sep-22 now today is 15-oct-22 I have called so many times to customer care and bangle is around of huge amount I m very upset what can I do they r such a doing fraud with the customers and now they change the prices at their own in my order section….

I order Jewelry online, and it cost me 50 k more compared to a local jewelry shop, by spending 3.5 lacks on online jewelry I would simply convey never buy anything online from candere by Kalyan jewelers.
It total Fraud company and pathetic in all the possible ways you can imagine.
1) they don't care or value customers
2) Pathetic website( which shows all the time fluctuating prices for the order for which you have done payment)
3) Pathetic Sales team(they never convey anything neither they respond to calls or emails)
4) Pathetic delivery partner(my package was in the same city within a 5km radius for 3 days but their delivery partners didn't bother to deliver the package to the doorstep, I self-picked package visiting the warehouse, and to my surprise, it was just laying on the floor with all the possible negligence they can allow here)
5) they have automatic feedback which converts 0-star ratings to 10 stars) please hire a good IT team to make your site stable and work mode instead of changing the rating default to 10 stars.
Never Buy anything from Candere by Kalyan Jewelers.

I had booked a marriage ring on 01.08.2022 & the due date of delivery on booking was shown to be 21.08.2022. Even after 10 days of the due date I did not get the product.

There has been no attempt made by Candere to explain the unjustifiable delay. I have been repeatedly sending e-mails & making calls to Candere without any satisfactory resolution & the product was not dispatched till date, 30. 08. 22.

In one of my e-mail correspondence to Candere I have been told that a balance amount is due for payment due to increase in gold weight. However the amount reflected on Candere website was less. In any case on clicking the link for payment a message, "this page does not exist" appears.

Candere has acted utter carelessly & in total disregard of its legal duties towards the customer as per the Consumer Protection Act and failed to adhere to bare minimum obligations towards the consumer.

Despite telling Candere that the product ordered is a wedding ring and the wedding is due on 03.09.2022 they did not dispatch the product.

I have ordered an item and even after 30 days they have not dispatched my item. Atleast 10- 12 days they where packing and 4 days my item was ready for dispatch. After dispatch courier took 7 days to deliver.
Very poor customer support and staff behaviour. Never buy from here.

The worst experience that I've ever had! Not only is the order delayed multiple number of times, their website doesn't work as also they have the worst customer service! By the way, they are the first ones to ask for money upfront - beggars are better! Mr. Amitabh Bachchan - you lost your credibility by endorsing them!

One of the worst brand I have ever seen my order was given 5 days later and had to cancel my plan dont buy from them at all

It was a nice a beautiful bangle I received. Going to order 1 more! Only the process after payment was a bit clumsy That i had to keep on checking up with the customer service. Else good.
