I have bought from Broome staircase designs numerous times over many years and always found their products are great quality and affordable for the price. They are always exceptionally helpful and friendly. Never hesitate to buy presents for myself or others from them.

My bracelets were here really fast. I got 2 for gifts snd 1 for myself which was a bit big but I was told it would be replaced with no problems

The service from ordering to delivery was prompt, on time and beautifully wrapped when i opened. I cannot fault the service or staff you have in the Mandurah store they are more than willing to explain and be helpful. Highly recommended

Cannot comment yet as still awaiting delivery. Ordered something from Europe on same day and European delivery is estimated 3days before order from western Australia!

Products arrived fast but actual items were not what I thought they'd be for the price 'x was unhappy with lack of emails returned

I have bought direct in the shop and now mail ordered. Both experiences were wonderful and it was great to speak to the lady who was in the shop in Broome.

Prompt service, bracelet is good quality. Would have expected it to be packaged in a box for protection during shipping. I felt it deserved a box.

A terrific length to go with my "Staircase To The Moon" pendant. A Christmas present from my husband but my neck is thicker than he thinks! Now perfect length.

Please don't buy without being sure that you or your loved one will be happy with the purchase. You won't get your money back- even for a gift bought for Christmas and never worn. Store credit is not the same thing!

I bought the 15mm pearl pendant in silver. It's a perfect size and sits gorgeously on a 3mm x 40cm black neoprene necklace. Very comfortable, very lightweight and already I've received many compliments. Very happy with purchase.

I had been searching for a gold wire choker everywhere so was very happy to find it at Broome Staircase designs. The lady I spoke with was so helpful and packaged the items up for me and posted them asap. They have arrived promptly and are exact what I wanted I am so happy. Everything was positive about the jewellery but presentation could have been better!
Just a pity with how they arrived in the post. They were in a padded mail bag. They weren't wrapped up carefully and were just plonked in a little bag into the padded bag. This doesn't look like professional jewellers. I was disappointed that they weren't just plonked in the padded bag.

Good experience & customer service from Sabine was excellent. I needed to send back & exchange for a smaller size ring and decided I wanted a different style too. Shipping was fast and I'm very happy. Would recommend Broome staircase designs if looking for pearl jewelry
