Worst of the Worst!

Unfortunately, I recently had a bad experience with https://www.addmotor.com/, an online retailer of bikes and accessories. I ordered a bike from their website, but despite their assurances that it would be shipped promptly, the bike never arrived. What's worse, the company's customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving me with a very negative impression of the company.

My troubles with them began when I decided to purchase a new bike for myself. After researching various models and brands, I settled on a bike that was sold on sixthreezero.com. I placed my order on their website and was given an estimated delivery date of two weeks later. I was excited to receive my new bike and eagerly awaited its arrival.

However, two weeks came and went, and my bike had not arrived. I contacted their customer service department to inquire about the delay. I was informed that my bike had not yet been shipped due to an inventory issue, but that it would be shipped out within the next few days. I was assured that I would receive a tracking number as soon as my bike had been shipped.

Days turned into weeks, and still, my bike had not arrived. I contacted the customer service department again, but this time, I was met with unresponsive and unhelpful representatives. My emails went unanswered, and when I called the company's phone number, I was put on hold for long periods of time or transferred to voicemail.

As my frustration grew, I began to do some research online and found that I was not alone in my bad experience with them. Other customers had reported similar problems with the company's slow shipping times and unresponsive customer service. Many of them had even reported that their bikes had never arrived at all.

After weeks of waiting and getting nowhere with their customer service department, I decided to cancel my order and request a refund. I eventually received my refund, but the whole experience had left a bad taste in my mouth. Not only had I not received the bike I had ordered, but I had also wasted weeks of my time dealing with a company that seemed unwilling or unable to provide me with any meaningful assistance.
While I cannot speak to the quality of their products, I can say that their customer service and shipping practices left a lot to be desired. I would caution anyone considering purchasing a bike or accessories from this company to proceed with caution and be prepared for potential delays and difficulties.
