It was so easy to order 2 very large decals. I was sent the art work right away. And the finished product was made. The item was said to arrived. I didn't see it so I called customer service. Before that I didn't know it was a British Company. Customer service was so nice. She gave me the tracking number. I looked it up and sure enough the order was packed very well in a tube leaning against our front door. It was pricey but the results were worth it.

I've never used BannerBuzz before, but the website got great reviews so I gave it a whirl. I wanted a banner for my daughter's softball team and added a photo to the design which was quick and easy! I also liked how someone got in touch with me to look over the proof before it went to printing. I'm so glad they did because I had the sizing wrong - going vertically instead of horizontally - so we were able to fix that no problem! Super pleased with the end result, and will definitely order from here again!

Designer on their end didn't tell me an image would not show up and the whole print ended up not what it was supposed to look like. A designer from a company should know and tell you if something will not show up for you. The company would not fix it.

BannerBuzz makes it easy for our non-profit organization to create quality marketing materials at a fraction of the cost of our local printers. Very responsive once I have my design out to them in getting it back to me for final review and/or making changes. Shipping is always spot on too and when you pay for something to be expedited, it arrives on time (and usually a little early).

I ordered this for a chili cook off, not realizing the turnaround time. Once ordered, it wasn't going to arrive in time, by chatting with this company, not only did they complete the order, but it was received nearly a week early! FANTASTIC. And VERY good quality!

Don't be fooled by the low price! I was. This is a cautionary tale: I found Banner Buzz when I was price shopping for a sign, as sidewalk signs (or any sign for that matter) can be pretty expensive when you want multiples. Anyway, their price was less than half of their competitors, but their description wasn't very clear. I called BEFORE I placed my order to ensure that the "double-sided printing option" was indeed printing on both sides of the sign panel. I was assured it was and placed the order. When I got the order it was single-sided. I have called more than 20 times, opened multiple tickets, and have sent dozens and dozens of emails. Despite the clear documentation from them that said "double-sided printing option", their only reply is "we've reviewed your order and can confirm that it was executed according to order instructions". Well, it wasn't and this has unfortunately turned into a NIGHTMARE and I would easily categorize this as the WORST EXPERIENCE in my life.

By the way, I called the competition that was more expensive (4imprints USA) and WHAT A JOY! They have gone out of their way to print something that IS NOT in their catalog that will work as a replacement for the bad product from this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have shopped for banners before and have had great products produced. Disappointments that this banner had wrinkles in it and was forced to use it for my event.

They've worked hard on my behalf and I'm grateful to do biz with such a professional partner. Will definitely use them again as we expand our new signage. 🌻

I placed an order weeks ago that was supposed to be here 1/26 leaving them approximately 2 weeks for delivery, that's fine... just checked on the order and the only thing that has processed so far is them taking the money. Ridiculous! Please don't take orders you have no intention on filling. Your wasting my time and that's something a lot of business owners just don't have. Thank you

I was disappointed with my experience with this company. If ordering within the U.S., be aware that you may be billed separately by FedEx for "duty tax". This additional charge came as a surprise and was never disclosed during the ordering process or at checkout.

In addition, the overall product quality did not meet expectations. The printing lacked clarity and consistency, and the fabric used for the table runner felt subpar for the price point.

Greater transparency regarding shipping charges and improvements in material and print quality would significantly enhance the customer experience.

Ordered an urgent banner for Christmas. Paid a huge rush fee. Didn't deliver on time (or at all for that matter). They don't tell you it's all printed in India.

UPDATE: Dec 4th still waiting for the item. There is no customer service they keep telling me to wait 24-48 hours for a response from a different team. I have already confired with FED EX the item is lost. The comapny refuses to refund me or send a new order. I would steer clear of this crappy company. NOT WORTH THE LITTLE MONEY YOU WILL SAVE. Oh and lets not forget they will not tell you, your item will ship from India, not even in the USA.

Paid over $26 for priority shipping and it's now over two weeks and I still don't have my package. Tried to get help from customer service and they claim they just need to submit a ticket. Can never get a response on the tickets. Terrible company

I never received my order, which I placed on October 18,2025.
I first tried to have it shipped to the US, but they didn't ship it in time for my US scholarship. After that, I called several times and asked them to send it to my address in the Netherlands, and they said they would, but a month later, it still hasn't arrived. I want a refund.

The site is easy to navigate. Easy to order. On time and perfect. Not my first time ordering, and all went without a glitch. Good customer support.

Ordered two banners for our Lions Club. Bannerbuzz did the design and layout. Product was completed and dispatched in a timely way to arrive within the given time-frame.

This was a nightmare.! There was so much additional stress in my life because I selected them as a vendor.

It was a couple of weeks of the design department not listening, not following instructions. Staff telling me lie after lie... It was awful. They would promise "I personally will get these designs fixed. They will be fixed in the next two hours." 10 hours later I get a notice that they received the emails I sent with the new files and they will be addressing them in the next 10-18 hours. Ugh!

It seems like they dump your files in an AI and the AI creates a completed file. It does a poor job. It recreated a logo, which did not need recreating as it was printable as sent. They left off words in the logo..." Leaving the logo unintelligible. This was one hot mess after another.

Never again!

I did finally get my banners at the last minute and I had to pay for an upgrade for next day delivery when they had the order for a couple of weeks but could not follow simple instructions. I will never use them again.

I don't know where the hang up was but the product arrived late… more than the buffer that was given. I missed presenting them to my clients at their ceremony so no one was happy with this. If you give yourself a larger shipping buffer like an additional week then you might be fine… but for the time and cost, maybe stick to a local vendor.

Customer service made this super easy, reviewed clip art and adjusted to make this awesome - great feedback through the whole process

We ordered banners with a QR code for our clinic website and used our own logo and design created on Canva. It was very clear and high quality and the QR code works like a charm. Will definitely use again.
