Great app and have been very satisfied with bags rented. However, this time the bag didn't live up to my expectations. But, BBSorS credited my account when I returned it in the required timeframe.

Quick delivery and my bag arrived packaged nice and neat. They include the bag for makeup to keep the bag clean and I love that!

I love renting designer bags at Bag Borrow or Steal because I can have a different designer look depending on the season or event schedule. They are reasonably priced and excellent quality.

The bag is in almost pristine condition but it arrived heavily creased as if a previous customer crumpled it in a ball and it's never regained it's shape

The photos were true to the condition of the bag, which was gentle wear. Bag looks great in person, arrived quickly, and I felt I got a good deal on the price.

The purse is nice but it's smaller than I imagined and the denim looks distressed and not real but it's lovely.

Piece to add for a special outfit at a nice restaurant, have always wanted Hermes scarf but do not live in area where purchase can be made, want to look put together for group event

I received the item and it looked better than pictured, but an item I received earlier was a better fit for my me and I didn't need 2 of the same colored items, therefore I will have to return 1 of the items but not because of quality but because of preference.
