Team were great and very helpful. Delivery was smooth, and returning for re-sizing was also made as simple as possible.
The jeweller (Tennis bracelet) was beautiful and high quality.

From the start of my purchase which was unplanned, to the delivery communications were to be an example to other businesses out there.
As for the jewelry I bought it was perfect and as described. It made my wife very happy and feel very special.

First & foremost, the product has arrived, & it is beautiful.

However, a bit of a patchy experience getting here. Initial comms was great - customer experience person contacted me & invited me to contact them if any issues.

And there were some issues - my delivery was somehow redirected to another state, and there seems to be a genuine disconnect between Angara & their delivery contractor. Then, with no notice, I arrived home to find my delivery in the front step (despite requiring a signature for delivery), where any bypasser could have taken it! Thankfully not the case, but could so easily have been a disaster!

Some improvement required….

I could not have been happier with the customer experience. Order, delivery, all went well. Jewellery was as described and shown, and my wife loves it.

My birthstone is garnet and I have a ring I love and wanted a bracelet to help compliment it it is gorgeous and I love it. Responses and customer service were wonderful!

I purchased a 14K white gold chain from Angara about 5 months ago for my birthday. I've only worn it 3–4 times, each for just 2–3 hours, yet it has already turned noticeably dark. It now looks more like sterling silver than 14K white gold.
I compared it with my other 10K and 14K white gold chains from other brands—including different chain styles—and the difference is clear. None of my other white gold pieces have ever tarnished like this.
When I contacted Angara, they claimed the darkness/discoloration was due to "different chain styles," but that explanation doesn't hold up. After that, they stopped responding entirely.
I can't get past how disappointing this experience has been. I'm now planning to replace the chain with a 10K white gold one from Kay or Zales. I've owned several white gold pieces from those stores and never had any issues.
I also purchased a pearl necklace from Angara for my niece's birthday a couple of months ago—fingers crossed that chain holds up better. But I won't be purchasing from this site again.
I don't know if this review will go through or not—some sites seem to block honest reviews—but I hope it helps future customers.

I was come across this website. Read the reviews. Sounds great. So i decided to buy diamonds studs. Customer service was very helpful. When I was in doubt to cancel my order.Fedex was fast. And out of all earrings is beautiful. I will definitely buy more in future PS THANKS FOR THE FREEBIE

The ring is stunning I don't normally write a review but this time is different. Angara's got amazing customer service. The ring is so sparkly and shiny! Absolutely love it!

My wife loved her beautiful ring, but the presentation in the lighted ring box tucked inside a beautiful larger hinged box offered in a classic gift bag—was absolutely breathtaking! Great experience for us!

It was a special birthday, and I wanted to order some blue topaz earrings. The fantastic staff at Angara were so nice and helpful, and as a special gesture they sent out a necklace pendant in the same stone to match my new earrings!

I found a ring the my Fiancee loves, it's unique and so different to other places cookie cutter styles. It arrived fast and was exactly what I hoped it would be, the free gift was lovely too, she's getting that for Christmas ;)

What an awful experience I've had with this Company.

I bought my wife a ring from her the blue topaz, her quality of jewellery is very high and I wanted something exceptional.
I ordered it early as it was for her birthday late August.
It arrived and looked fine, first time she wore it was great, then the second it looked duller, by the fifth time it was dull and cloudy and looked like a cheap ring from Argos! I reached out to customer service and they said I was slightly outside the return date, all they done was start explaining how to clean it which we had sone before the photo below!
The issue is there is a gap behind the stone and the setting which is causing the cloudy appearance.
I reached out to them again and got a lecture about the agents degree and how knowledgeable she was on stones. However it's come to light there's a fault with this setting and even steam comes behind it maybe she was off that day at University
If I sent it back for them to clean it them after the second time wearing it will cloud over again.
If you buy from this company ensure you check it carefully as they will do anything not to refund you and the best they can do is clean the ring!

What a waste of over £600!

Placed the order, was kept fully informed by email. Love my jewelry! This isn't the first item that I have purchased, the presentation in the box and the feee gift is amazing! I receive many comments
