I ordered a cashmere sweater that was dyed with a natural dye (indigo) from Alex Mill. The INDOGO BLED ONTO THE OTHER CLOTHING I WAS WEARING AND RUINED IT. The customer service agent told me that they sent me care instructions for natural dyes (they never sent them to me). I properly cared for this item according to their online care instructions, but this did not prevent the clothing from BLEEDING DYE ONTO ALL OF MY OTHER GARMENTS AND DESTROYING THEM. They said I could return the item for a refund, but that they wouldn't take accountability for ruining the other clothing. Very out of integrity to act like it is somehow my fault that they don't know how to fix natural dyes properly.
