I had an issue with an item that I purchased. I called customer service and reached Christine. She was very concerned about my issue and easy to work with! She set me up a shipment for a replacement item and a shipping label for my item return.Her help on my exchange was much appreciated!
Ordered a garage heater when The electrician took it out of the box you could here the bolts rolling around on the bottom of the unit. Needless to say it didnt even turn on and I still had to pay the electrician and still have not received my refund

When they put you on hold a recording plays over and over about their world class customer service. Yeah, right. When I signed up for their newsletter I received an email granting me 20% off my next purchase. When I tried to apply it to my next purchase it wouldn't allow it. So I called. The manager told me it was "up to" 20% and for the item I was purchasing it was 0%. What a Scam!
Not sure what is going on with this group but I was emailed that they had oversold an ice maker that I had purchased and wondered if I wanted a different color. As I write this, two weeks after the sale, I have called them on four occasions and written three emails, never a response! Unbelievable. I have never experienced anything like it. I see some other reviewers that have had mixed experiences both good and bad. Maybe mine was a uniquely bad one but I will never buy again and I caution you to as well.
Paid about $60 for 2 day shipping and they did not deliver. For some reason this company is confused by the fact that my billing address and shipping address are different. So I sit here with water in my basement and and still waiting on an air mover because they're confused. These people are inept. If you have an emergency go somewhere else to buy. I'll bet they don't even refund my $60! Lesson learned.
I bought this misting fan on June 8 2016.
It is ready for the trash in July.
The musters are all clogged. I have used CLR to clean the misting heads but it still does not work.
Save your money this fan just does not meet expectations.
Mike in sales took the call and was very easy to deal with. Checked the inventory of the item I wanted (a scratch and dent item) and handled the whole transaction. Needed to replace a ice maker that had gone bad on me with in 30days. Called up to ask questions, they promptly answered, and got an additional 15% off the already low website price. I'm pretty thrilled to say the least. I hope this one lasts longer. I have purchased a warranty through AJ Madison just in case!
I purchased a 12 bottle wine cooler from Air-N-Water that arrived way faster then expected and well packaged. Unfortunately after plugging in the cooler the temperature would not regulate and after troubleshooting it was determined to be defective. I contacted Air-N-Water and they had a free return shipping label with well spelled out directions and a replacement cooler shipped out the same day. It was an extremely easy and quick return process.
The price on the unit was great as well! I would recommend Air-N-Water to a firend for sure.
The representative i worked with was knowledgable and easy to communicate with, the bottom line is i placed an order as soon as we finished talking
IT'S hard to believe that there are still people out there that really care about the customer! I bought a garage heater that didn't fit the garage space and I will box it up and send it back with a pre paid shipping label from air & water! I was so impressed with the customer service I bought a small space heater and a new deep fryer in addition to the replacement for the garage heater! AIR & WATER has my business for life! MIKE M. Received the air fryer for Christmas. On 12/31 I ordered the pan/rack accesories to go with it. Jan 5, called to check status of order. They over sold the accessories and wont be getting any more in stock. It is no longer available and they won't honor orders they had accepted and charged to my credit card. All they will do is issue me a credit. Future units will be sold with the accessories. What a crock of BS.
If my experience with Air & Water were a movie, I would title it "The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight"... or... maybe they can but choose not to.
I was in the market for a wine chiller and found the model I wanted at Air & Water online. So on December 15,2015 I ordered one (which accidentally turned into two according to the saleperson I ended up speaking with on the phone.) No problem, at that price I could gift the other one since they were guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
A few days before the holiday I hadn't received them; so I called Air & Water. They had no record of the order (which seemed odd since the salesperson I originally spoke with... on the phone... just a few days before... SAW my order).
Long story short: after days of being assured they were tracking down my order (all calls initiated on my end; they never put forth the effort to let me know the status of my order OR what they were doing to remedy the situation), Paypal finally and mercifully let me know on January 4th they were going to get me a refund.
It's great everyone else can rave about Air & Water. I wish I could.
In the end I guess I lost nothing EXCEPT for three weeks of enjoyment during the holidays and the faith that companies really do care about ensuring customers are treated to a pleasant experience.
Ordered item was charged for it 3 days later they say that they have no inventory. Do they not have any inventory management system in place.
I ordered a heater on Monday Nov. 23, decided I would check 'shipping status' on Wed. Out of curiosity and saw it was out for delivery that day. That's 2 days from when I ordered till at my door step. Quite awesome...
I called on a Friday and talked to customer service about a cookbook. She was so pleasant and helpful. She explained to me that she was sending me a download and it was free. Within minutes I had everything done. On Monday I called and spoke with Mike in sales about any accessories that I could buy for my product. He directed me to the site. After agreeing that was what I was looking for he helped me place my order. This company is very professional and seems to put their customers 1st. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Great Customer Service when ordering from Air-N-Water.
I had an issue using a Visa Pre-Paid card online on my order so after placing my order I called customer service and spoke to Mike. He was so very helpful. He understood my issue and work with my to resolve the issue. He even called me back to follow up and provided me with a direct number once I was ready to place the order.
I will definitely shop with them again. Thank you Mike for understanding my needs and helping me resolve my problem, you are an asset to the company.
