Love the selection, fair prices but upgraded shipping isnt such a great experience lately
I always pay a little extra for 2 day shipping, or otherwise they will pick your order and ship it at their leisure
Lately it doesnt matter if you upgrade shipping or not for faster deliveries
Ive had to call and complain to the point it feels like I am arguing to get my shipping as I paid for
This time the customer service rep told me as a 1 time courtesy we will refund your 2 day shipping since its already been several day and your items are still here
So here I sit typing this waiting 3 to 4 more days for my gear to arrive
