I ordered an ACMER P3 2-in-1 laser machine with several accessories (Z-axis module, laser head, etc.) directly from their official website. As soon as I received it, the machine had several serious problems: Calibration impossible to complete correctly Safety system triggered by the lid constantly due to bad Z-axis design Laser module cable too short to use the Z-axis they sold with the machine Laser head defective upon arrival (smoke coming out, cooling fan not working) I contacted their support immediately. The experience was a nightmare. Over 60 emails exchanged just to get basic help Very slow replies (24 hours minimum per message) No real technical support, only copy-paste answers Contradictory explanations over and over They even asked me to disable safety features with a GRBL command instead of fixing the problem They told me to open and modify the machine myself, even though it was brand new After weeks of insisting, they finally agreed to send replacement parts. They promised express shipping with UPS because I had production deadlines. They confirmed it in writing. But they lied again and shipped with UPS Standard instead, causing even more delays. They also gave false tracking explanations to hide it. This company does not care about its customers after they get your money. Their "customer satisfaction" and "brand reputation" claims are just marketing lies. I strongly warn anyone considering ACMER: Poor product reliability Dangerous advice from support Zero responsibility False promises Dishonest customer service Massive time loss I absolutely do NOT recommend ACMER and I will never buy from them again.
