Decent shipping sspeed. Wish was faster but they have to go into production so it is what it is... good qualioty pens and just like other ones i had bought from pens.com and those were more money. So far so good!
Ordered 3/3 and was given an estimated delivery date of 3/11. Finally received the tablecloth on 3/23.
It's supposed to be ivory - what I received is close to a butter yellow. The ink that was used for printing our logo is also way different than what was shown in the proof.

My first order was going to be delayed due to a regional holiday where the factory was located. Customer Service called immediately to let me know and they really worked at meeting my event deadline.
My initial order was not what I wanted. Worked with customer service to understand the problem and determine the BEST solution. I was able to reorder and got exactly the product I was looking for and I am very pleased
They did a great job at getting my koozies to me on time. When it didn't happen they rectified it by giving me some of my shipping refunded. Love the product I ordered, everything was great.
The ordering process and customization online was pretty easy. I expected with the name that they would be made and shipped quicker than they did. They were still delivered well before the deadline that I would have needed them. They seem to be good quality and look really nice. I took off a star because there was a bit of an issue where I had to call to check on the status of the order because I expected them to be shipped already. The customer service rep was helpful and courteous.
I placed my order on February 23 didn't get it until March 10 oh but than they said they was going be here March 6 crazy work these was for my fathers passing 👎🏽
Item was delayed because of Chinese new year. The company should have factored that in at the time of order. Once it was realized they should not have made me wait and instead shifted the order stateside, even if it meant doing it at a loss to meet the delivery commitment.
It was not always clear in the emails how to respond. They ended up calling me for verification, and I thought I had done it through the email.
Ordering was very easy, I received my order very quickly and they looked great!
I ordered 2 different colored can koozies with the same design and I'm very happy with how they turned out. I'm also surprised how quickly they got to me! I didn't need them for another 3 months!
I've ordered many times, promotional items and giveaways. Easy, fast, great quality... always happy. And, very important to me, USA based. Highly recommend!
Overall, the price point and quality of the garment were good, and the items arrived timely. The ordering process, however, was a little clunky, especially regarding art approval. The artwork approval email went to spam, so by the time I reached out to customer service, the job automatically went to production. The logos ended up being way too big. It would have been nice to have a customer service rep follow up when they didn't receive a formal approval/response. I also did not see embroidery as an option on one of the hoodies, or I would have selected that instead of screen print. Live and learn.
The experience of ordering these wristbands for our students was very seamless. The website and design process were easy to navigate, and the ability to place the order using a school purchase order made the process even smoother. The wristbands also arrived in a timely manner.
The only issue we encountered was with sizing. We ordered both children's and adult sizes, but it appears that all of the wristbands are the same size. Additionally, the bags were not labeled to identify the sizes, which made it difficult to determine whether different sizes had been included in the order.
It was easy to place an order and then make a change to my design after viewing the digital proof. Customer service was very helpful and supportive. I'm very happy with the quality of the finished product (circle stickers)
Loved the coozies I ordered for my wedding! Cheap price and nice quality. Love that you can get a proof to make changes before they make your order, highly suggest doing it.
