Although there was some difficulty with my order of contacts, the Rebate process makes it almost nearly impossible to get so many hoops to jump through and you have to mail it back in.
1-800 get lenses false advertised $11.99 boxes of contact lenses including Acuvue Oasis lenses and specific they falsely advertise them to be $11.99 plus tax but instead they charged me 270 something dollars for four boxes now at 1199 with shipping being only $9.99 per box I don't know where the rest of the money went and if I can I would like to dispute the transaction as a whole and get my money back that is owed back to me because it was falsely advertised

Came in a timely manner however I didn't receive exactly what I was expecting. The 4 boxes were for one eye and none for the other.
Originally thought I had clicked on a very similar online contact store that I already had an account for so I was confused at first when I couldn't sign in. Then my prescription wouldn't upload so I just left it up to the company and didn't hear from them for a few days before they emailed asking for information I had already provided so they could reach out to my Dr directly. Then when my contacts were shipped I did not get a tracking number. Just kind of a "they'll get there when they get there"
Hi there. My doctor realized the prescription was wrong and denied this order. I went ahead and reordered for the doctors office. But you still sent me contacts that I don't want.
Just had my prescription renewed and it was super simple to update on the website and order new contacts. Can't beat the speed and convenience anywhere else. 👍

No available option to expedite order quickly. Otherwise shipping and delivery is good.
After what I think was a long wait, the contacts I received do not match my prescription. Also, I didn't receive information about how to get the rebate.
