My overall experience with Inice has been the next. The wigs are amazing and true to description. I am so happy and excited and so thankful as I always receive my wigs earlier than expected and they are exactly as I hope I get them. Hair is always great and it never really shades. It is soft and never tangles.

Having lost my hair that was very long to a conditioner I bought from Walmart that was spiked with super glue and on washing my hair was glued togather in one big chunk and despite trying everything I read on the internet that I could try but I'm vain, your wigs have really done me wonders.

I purchased a wig which was V part and l have requested an exchange. I was asked to send pictures which l did and no one is responding to my email to provide the return instructions so l am now stuck with a wig l cannot use.
Terrible Customer Service

I ordered two wigs from this company and both were of very poor quality compared to the images and description provided online.

When I tried to initiate a return through their website, the return feature was disabled. I contacted customer service and sent photos as evidence of the issues. Instead of providing a return label or taking responsibility for the defective items, I was instructed to arrange and pay for international return shipping myself before a refund would be considered.

This places an unreasonable burden on the customer, especially when the products are not satisfactory. After several emails, the company has not offered a fair resolution.

I would advise potential buyers to be cautious and fully understand the risks involved before purchasing.

Experience was ok…. The quality of the hair is dropping. I've ordered the Sam exact hair 3 times and have never received the same type of hair. These last bundles shedding so bad I gotta take them out. So disappointed

The hair texture is excellent, and the packaging is adequate for the price. However, the application process shown in the advertisement, which looked simple for laying the wig flat, was not my reality. I had difficulty concealing the sides where the lace was clearly visible and couldn't trim it without affecting the wig's overall appearance. Once I managed to hide the lace, though, I genuinely liked the wig.

My initial attraction to the UNICE brand was the promise of a simple, 'get up and go' application—a must-have for me as a busy working mother—especially since I avoid glue or tape to protect my edges. While the application was challenging, the final look was positive enough that I will likely order again. I plan to try a different style next, and if that goes better, this site will become my new go-to for wigs.

On the day I received my wig. I was really excited when I opened it. The color wasn't as light as I thought it would be, but I was still satisfied with the color. The fit was unbelievable. I really did like the way I look in my wig without makeup on, for a 10 inch It was a little longer than I expect but that wasn't a problem at all. I was very satisfied. Looking forward to my next purchase. I want to enjoy this one first. Thanks

It's really nice. Looks my hair! THE DRAW STRING IS BROKEN…unless I'm suppose to tie it in a knot every time. New to wigs and just assumed it would be adjustable with the sliding thing.

I always buy wigs from UNice. I have locs and sometimes like changing styles. UNice has a variety of OSFA wigs. I never have a problem finding one that I like.

It was easy to order! Delivery was quick and arrived the day estimated! I love the quality of the wig for the price! Just amazing

This wig is absolutely amazing, everything is already done from the Pre cut lace, pre plucked, died knots in procured! Flawless

My wig came quickly, I haven't worn it yet as i have a weave in right now. I'm very excited to wear it and it looks great and is good quality.

The hair is beautiful, soft and the options available to have it fit perfectly is wonderful. I will definitely be buying again from UNice

This unit looks and fits as advertised, be sure to trim it to your liking to get the full fluffy look. I recommend haing your stylist trim it for you so you wont look like peppermint patty by the head lol

Hair is nice and soft, great for beginners. For advance wig wearers a little more bleaching of the knots, a little more plucking of the hairline and some color on the lace makes this wig perfect! Wig is everything it is advertised to be.

I finally found a true wear and go wig, just put it on spray and all set. My only problem is that the lace was cut uneven on one side compared to the other, but overall great wig

I purchased this hair because of the reveals however I was pretty disappointed by the bad Hair. I have to admit the hair wrapped on time and the packaging was beautiful and I love that however I was suspecting something a little bit fuller with some volume, but the hair looks like something you will put on a ponytail, kind of hair and I was disappointed by that and it tangled faster so it doesn't really keep the curves that I wanted to keep.

I had a great experience with ordering my unit. The website was easy to use, and it gave a variety of options to choose from. I received my unit the correct delivery date, and there was no damage. Once I tried on the unit there wasn't much I needed to do. The curls were full and pretty. I love that there is a drawstring to adjust for a secure fit.
