The transaction went smoothly. I was kept abreast of what transpired. It was easy to activate the bonus... and it's greatly appreciated.
Overall I am happy with the cashback experience, keep up the good work. Also enjoy extra bonus payouts. Only complain is the time it takes to receive the cashback but that is something not TopCashback may be able to control.
Well I was having a problem before but so far right now everything was done tracking and so far once a awhile you guys was having the Missing tracking my order.

My experiences with Topcashback has always been pretty nice. Any I love these occasional bonus events / promotions.
Seems pretty easy so far. Just sent out for my first payment, so we'll see. Many different retailer options for cash out.
I've been using TopCashBack for about 2 years now and love it. They have saved me a good amount and it's pretty easy to use. I just cashed out for about $170. Definitely recommend it to friends!
I've been using Topcashback for a while now, and when they offer incentives, I try to take advantage of them. If I don't have anything to buy, I get a gift card that I can use later. The incentives are a big help. I try to get them all when they're available.
This isn't pertaining to the purchase of the gift card, but of TCB as a whole. For the last six months, it has gotten increasingly difficult for TCB to track cash back (despite using a browser that collects cookies, has no pop-up blocker, staying in the same tab that popped up, adding items to the cart instead of having them pre-loaded in, and having deleted all cookies/trying a variety of methods to start "fresh"). They offer big money for cash back at times, such as their Lego and Best Buy deals during Black Friday, but then they don't pay out for them. I've had more than 20 different shops in the last two months not track, and I'm simply getting tired of it. If I want cash back, I'm generally turning to Rakuten rather than chancing not getting anything back.
Customer service is unhelpful; the fault is always the customer's, regardless of how much evidence you may provide. I have contemplated using screen recordings, but I doubt that would do any good. Sending requests for them to check into untracked cash back never works, either. The business will either never respond, or they will deny you made the purchase/used TCB, so what's the point, other than to waste time?
I'm missing literal hundreds of dollars of cash back now, and I really have no reason to continue using TCB unless there's some kind of guarantee that I'll be able to get it, like using their gift card service... and even that sucks now, because they've eliminated using PayPal as a payment option.

Top Cash back has great rates and frequent incentives. Love the incentives! My purchases through the app usually post promptly. When there is an occasional hiccup and a purchase does not track, they'll investigate. Caution though that if use the website not the app and you have an ad blocker or block trackers, that will cause problems and purchases may not track.
