I was happy with the process of building my resume but was not happy with the misleading information at the beginning of the process. You should be more upfront with the cost and commitment at the beginning. I would have rather you said it will cost you "X" amount of dollars to get a copy of your resume than to say it's free to use our service then turn around and charge me a monthly fee to actually get a copy.

I haven't done a résumé for 15 years. I'm only looking for a very part-time job and the thought of going back and doing a résumé just for a small part-time job has been completely overwhelming to me.
