The platform after a study guide practice is not loading

I've logined in multiple devices and the page never loads in any of them. Ive used the psi app and still have the same problem.
Why I chose this business:
Had a previous study guide purchase back in 2023 the platform was great and easy to navigate and also loaded thats why I came back for another purchase but starting to regret it.
My experience with customer service:
All they did was just send another link thur email to login in again but that wasn't the problem im able to login in the problem is the page never loads its blank its almost like a app problem or platform
