First, I love you guys - and the man who last called me and told me I would not be given a check, but was nice, well, for either the first guy who did not fix the problem, nor the 2nd man I was told by your rep (the first one was ugly as she got the first guy on the phone and she somehow got got cut off - and of course he hung up on me - this has been going on since December - leaking refrig - he came out several time - I paid his charge - he ended up putting a new icemaker in it - but came out serveral times to do so - he works at an apt complex - I called him and said it was STILL leaking and HE said he would call you guys - but 3 weeks later nothing - that's when I called again and your rep was rude - sadly - but she and the guy hung up on me - I called the next rep and she was VERY nice - and got a Mr. Parker to come out for 125 which I paid - he fixed it that day - and two weeks later all good - Your young man called nicely and said I would NOT be getting the different btwn my 65 dollar decutable and the last guy who just did what he called routine maintaince on it? Hmmm, I said ok, but what abouth the guy who never fixed the problem - no check on that he sadly said. So, I said I wished I had known that as I would have gotten the man myself - anyway - I understand but NEVER about the first guy - if you did send me a check I do not remember as it started in December of last year - LOL - and I nicely said, it was on his head and I would be paid back - never worry - I live and learn and love you guys - and I will call again - but not about that lol -
