Entirelypets.com has been unable to deliver the bottles of isopropyl alcohol I ordered at $6.99 each. Meanwhile, it has been offering the exact bottles for sale for $19.99 a piece. It claims to have increased its prices because its suppliers increased the cost to it, but refuses to say how much that increase was. It looks as though there is only one way to find out if it is in violation of California Penal Code section 396. Actually there are two. A complaint to the State Attorney General and/or bringing a civil law suit under the California Business and Professions Code. https://oag.ca.gov/consumers/pricegougingduringdisasters I am not saying that Entirelypets is price gouging, since I can't tell for certain as long as it refuses to say how much it's cost has been increased.

For those of you using Azodyl DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM WWW.CALIFORNIAPETPHARMACY.COM! I found what I thought was a good deal online, so I went ahead and ordered it, along with the ice pack. Of course, it's too good to be true: Today I get an email saying that there's a link and that I need to pay $45 for FedEx delivery, that I didn't see! I went back to the website and there was nothing there. I'm outraged, and immediately cancelled my order.
This rating should be minus 5 stars. EntirelyPets is really EntirelyClueless! This site should be all about helping pets, so if you want help for your pets go elsewhere.
Their packages are shipped in paper envelopes, with liquid items leaking, and half empty upon arrival. Customer service gives no service, and never pays attention to shipping requests. They run you in circles when your trying to place an Rx, asking for the same info over and over, endlessly! If you need an Rx for your pet and have a script from your vet, go to CALIFORNIA PET PHARMACY at californiapetpharmacy.com and simply place your order. I was able to purchase 30 tabs (75 mg.) of ClinTab for my cat, with a script from my vet. Online ordering was quick at CALIFORNIA PET PHARMACY and the site was a pleasure to visit.
