I had such a wonderful experience ordering my husband's wedding band from this company. From the very beginning, their team went above and beyond — they even reached out personally to ask who the ring was for and the story behind it, which made the entire process feel incredibly thoughtful and personal.

You can truly tell they care about the meaning behind what they create, not just the sale. The ring itself is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully made — even better than we expected. It feels special knowing it was crafted with such attention and intention.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for something meaningful, high quality, and made by people who genuinely care about their customers.

I ordered a ring but when it arrived, even though it was exactly as I had designed it, I was disappointed. I contacted the company about an exchange and they were excellent to deal with. We went through several designs and I now have what I settled on

When checking out I chose the 'expedited delivery' which was an extra charge. I only went ahead and purchased the ring because at check out it said it would be delivered by a certain date. However, after I finished the purchase process, my receipt did not reflect the extra expedited deliver charge. When I inquired via email, I was told that they would probably be able to deliver before the date I specified. However, it did not arrive before that date. I contacted them and they could not stop the delivery or hold it. Then, when it was delivered, UPS claimed I signed for the delivery, but not being home, that was impossible. Then they claimed a neighbor signed for it, but only having 2 neighbors it was easy to check to know neither did. When I checked my house camera video of that day, it showed the UPS delivery person just left the package outside without any person signing for it. The whole delivery experience was so stressful since I was out of the country and no one was at my house to check personally on the delivery.

Good comms/updates shared. There was a mix-up with the delivery, which was a little disappointing, but didn't put me off the overall experience.

Followed up with Diamondere for the wedding band after getting an engagement ring. Service was exemplary the second time as well as the first.

I ordered an engagement ring with a custom diamond. Before I could pay for it the next day, even though it was in my checkout basket, the diamond was sold and was unavailable. Diamondere offered to replace it with a similar diamond but the link never materialized. I then went ahead and reordered everything with another custom diamond that I again picked out myself and paid for it immediately. I received a notice that there was a delay with my order and delivery would be put off until two weeks later. I received my diamond but the custom diamond was not the one I had ordered and paid for and the plastic sleeve for the GIA report was torn. Also, the UPS box that it all came in had no packing in it whatsoever. There were two Diamondere boxes, one was the engagement ring and the other was the wedding band in addition to the plastic GIA Report sleeve. All were just flopping back and forth in the UPS box. Granted the diamond was better in some categories but the flourescence was not to my satisfaction. Throughout the remediation process Diamondere was very helpful and compensation was satisfactory. Still, from a company with the BBB rating that it has, this should have never happened. I bought and paid for a specific custom diamond and did not receive that diamond.

Everything's okay still having problems finding a place to use the warranty that i purchased i purchased it for this ring as well cuz i had it for the original engagement ring that i bought but it seems i do not know how it's going to work because they have no places for me to be able to take the ring to for their inspections where i live

I love how customisable the ring was! Also customer service team were fantastic in keeping me updated about the ring's arrival. They also emailed to check that I had received it too.

Positives:
The ring itself is perfect, and the experience of designing it and customizing it on the website was excellent and intuitive. They couldn't get the diamond I had selected, but they replaced it with a better one at no extra charge.

Negatives:
The inaccurate estimated shipping date initially provided, and all subsequent communication that happened after that. I received unclear and contradictory communications about when the ring could be delivered, and the steps that needed to happen in order to ensure it would be delivered in time for my proposal. Lots of UPS confirmation emails communicating a delivery date and time, only to have those reversed the next day.

Sarah's ring was ordered for her 30th birthday last minute by her impulsive Mom. Even though I was advised that it might not arrive in time for the party, I was pleasantly surprised that it did. It was gorgeous! Sarah loved it, but it was the wrong size, (totally my fault). So I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. They gave me instructions on how to return the ring, and I did. We received the ring back the other day and again it is gorgeous, and this time it fits! It was a great experience and will be using Diamonere in the future. Thank you for making my baby girl's birthday extra special!

I am so happy I finally bought from Diamondere! I recently overcame some life obstacles and wanted to buy myself a ring that was all for me. I was able to choose my setting, the size of the most beautiful gemstone, and even have it engraved for free. After ordering, I was emailed directly by a person to confirm what delivery expectations were and to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. Everyone was so nice, ordering was easy, and my ring is stunning!
