Aliexpress covers up fraud

Hello, I'd like to share my experience with AliExpress! In my opinion, they support fraud, claiming to value their reputation, but in reality, they don't respond properly to complaints about the store! I've written to technical support five or six times about a store selling a product that isn't as described, and I consider this a scam. They state one set of technical specifications, but the product itself is completely different. I bought an Android 14 radio from a store (XONRICH), but it actually turned out to be Android 9. Two different programs show different amounts of memory. The aida64 program for checking parameters doesn't start at all because it's blocked by the system. Every time I wrote to support, they sent me robotic responses that were completely off topic. It feels like they don't read what I write. Each time, they assured me that they would definitely look into the matter and punish the store as I requested, and each time I received a response that they couldn't give me a refund. I didn't ask for a refund, I just asked to punish the store, and the response kept coming back about a refund. Only one operator asked for proof, others didn't need it. They wrote that they would look into the matter, but in fact, no one looked into it, and the answer was always the same. They also sent a $2 compensation coupon that had an expiration date. It ran out of stock around the time they sent it to me. The store where I bought the radio deleted their old store and opened a new one! They don't even check the stores! It turns out that a license issued in Poland is only an intermediary for the sale of Chinese goods in Europe! I've attached screenshots of correspondence with tech support and the store. I had another issue with a refund for another order: the seller sent me the wrong product. I opened a dispute, and the store was supposed to pay for the return (shipping) fee. But they didn't give me any refund for the shipping, even though they said they'd send me a coupon for purchases worth the price I paid when sending the product to the seller. They promised to return it, but no one has! I don't understand how you can get a refund for shipping with coupons! They do this specifically to get you to buy something again, and in my case, I didn't even receive a coupon! Customer support is often terrible! They don't delve into the problem; their main goal is to quickly end the conversation or dispute and get a good rating. I don't understand why the survey about the quality of their support conversations includes a section asking "Was your issue resolved?" when it turns out no one even resolved it, they just sent the necessary answers to end the conversation faster. And when they do, they write to me about completely different things than I'm asking! So, I don't recommend anyone buy from this platform unless you want to ruin your nerves, lose money, or buy a low-quality product. There's a lot of low-quality stuff there, and no one is addressing it. These aren't the only problems I've encountered. Their main goal is to make more money, even though they claim their reputation is very important to them, but it turns out the customer is the last priority! I left the same review on the Truspilot platform, and they also responded that they had no evidence and wouldn't review my case. To have the evidence I presented, they simply had to read 5-6 of my conversations with tech support and the store. They again didn't ask for any evidence, no screenshots from tech support or the store, didn't ask what the store's current name was—in short, nothing! And they say their reputation is important to them! Made me laugh again!

Sold phone that doesn't work and wont give full refund

I bought a phone from VipCaseStore at aliexpress for $84 and $8 shipping so $92 total and the phone stopped charging 2 days later. I had no time to return it so i went to get it fixed and it turns out the professionals at phone repair shop noticed the glue on the back case was not original from factory and confirmed it had been opened before so not a new phone. Even with a video of me opening the package first when i get it, video of the phone not charging next to a another phone that works and charges with the same charger and all uncut and showing no tricks and receipt from Smartfix the phone repair shop saying all the things i mention they only refund me $27 and say ( proof not good enough and phone still has value).

I told them i would be happy to return the phone as long as they pay for the shipment since they feel the phone has so much value and already told them it has no value for me unless i use it as a cutting board or glass holder. I had to buy a new more expensive phone in Iceland because of this and i was in a hurry for a new phone since phone towers here are going over to Volte and my old phone did not support that. They never want the phone back and always robot answer ( phone has value proof no good).

Worst of all is the aliexpress support playing with you like a piece of toy. I started to feel like they were some aliens with no feelings that get kick out of peoples anger, disappointment and frustration. Before i wrote reviews on other sites i was going back and forth at online chat and email responses for 15-20 times and it was always the same robotic answers... Online chat spoke to me like they wanted everything good for you, always mega polite and saying ( we will solve this for you) and ( no worries, we will take care of this mr valued customer) and than 1 or 2 days later its the middle finger in the email department ( phone has value and proof not good enough, enjoy your broken phone).

And week ago or more Aliexpress made them self look like nice guys saying they wanted to give me full refund and i was so suprised and happy but than they say its in form of coupon and that i have to create another account since i deleted my old one and buy something first and send them the payment method details and stuff to verify and i said no and reason for that is that i know they have been having a laugh with me and i think this is one last laugh where i create another account at a company that i hate more than anything in the world, company that has better scammer protection than buyer protection and i just do not trust them and NO i wont buy from them for a coupon... its a good deal for them not me since they get some of the coupon money when i buy. And we do another million emails back and forth and finally they say they want to give me a refund again and i accept and days later the respond and start talking about coupons again... I AM LOOSING MY MIND over this company and i hope people realize how bad this business is... look at other reviews and its always 2.2 stars and below of tens of thousands of people having a bad experience.

I have never hated a company this much, i will never see my money thats for sure... The scam wins.

To aliexpress response: Hi, my email works fine, i have gotten few emails to day and just tested sending my self email from another email so no its not invalid or unreachable. Its just that you want to keep the money you stole from me when you sold me scam phone... i uploaded a screenshot just show you called ( Aliexpress lying about my email being invalid)

Tip for consumers:

Be careful, this company may look like it wants to help but its just a game they play where they tire you out with many emails until you give up...Always remember collect all evidence you have and keep it and write reviews everywhere.

Purchasing from Aliexpress was the worse decision I've made as a consumer

I purchased merchandise from Aliexpress on Nov 2nd 2025 through Paypal and received it on Nov 17th 2025. The merchandise was extremely damaged and Aliexpress sent a label to send it back and I did just that on Nov 18th 2025. The package was received at the Aliexpress warehouse on November 22,2025 based on the USPS tracking number *********************. On the Aliexpress App it also stated that if the warehouse didn't say they received it by Nov 29th 2025 they would automatically refund my money. I contacted Aliexpress about this order multiple times but realized I wasn't going to get my money back and filed a dispute with Paypal on November 29th 2025. I've contacted this company so many times and they always find a reason not to return my money. It's February 4,2026 and this has been going on since November 22,2025! First they said they wouldn't do it because of a charge back PayPal stopped the dispute and closed the case multiple times and they still wouldn't do anything. Then they said it was because my account was closed. My account is open. There's no excuse for not returning my money I have proven over and over that I was debited $463.54 on November 2,2025 and that money was never returned to me, however, the merchandise was returned and received by Aliexpress. I'm out $463.54 and Aliexpress benefited from my purchase, because they have the merchandise, $927.08.

Tip for consumers:

I would discourage any US consumer from using or purchasing from Aliexpress because they will not refund your money if something goes wrong and 9 times out of 10 their products are cheap and fake.

A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! THE SINGLE ABSOLUTE MOST HORRORIFIC SERVICE EVER! AVOID LIKE A DEADLY DISEASE!

I had an ok experience in the past ONLY because I was lucky enough to receive a good item conformed to the description.
But BEWARE, this is RARE!
Most China Ware is NOTORIOUSLY USELESS JUNK and this is NOT a myth, it is REALITY!
As it's also REALITY that most Chinese sellers will HUGELY exaggerate the dimensions of the item in the pictures, and make big claims about its compatibility and properties, but 3/4 of that is a LIE.
This is true in AliExpress too.
So you are fine if you're lucky and get the one in a century good item.
But as soon as you get a damaged/defective/not-as-described item, or you do not get it but the courier marks it as delivered (e.g. To a neighbor, or on the porch/stairs), YOU ARE F... ED! Because 90% of the sellers neither care nor speak enough English to understand, and their culture and laws are RADICALLY different than in the West. So they just can't comprehend your issue and will simply say "we can't do anything about it" and you're left to the INSANELY INCOMPETENT hands of AliExpress Customer "Care". AND 90% of the chat agents are of the absolute LOWEST quality that you will EVER find even if you live 500 years and travel the entirety of the multiverse, I PROMISE, you will NOT find worse and more incompetent Customer Agents. EVER.
They have an EXTREMELY superficial knowledge of AliExpress (IF any at all), and speak VERY little English, but will ALWAYS promise you that they are the David Attenborough of Pakistan even if you ask them to PLEASE tell you immediately if they do not speak perfectly well so you can simply skip and not waste your time because it's already TWO HOURS that you are chatting with people who promise you to have Cambridge level of English but then send you the most surreal messages that not even Firefox Translation in its worst day could scrap together... I even had a supposedly NATIVE German speaker who was speaking German like a drunk Somali pirate.
101% USELESS.
But at least most of them are good willed. While the supposed Senior Team (aka Alzheimer Team like I call them because they have 2 neurons shared among everybody) to whom these chat agents escalate things, they very clearly do not give the LESSER damn about you. And/or they speak even less English.
THE ONE SINGLE most ineffective Customer Care service since the bronze age.
They bring the concept of Customer Care to whole new levels of BAD.
In their hands, it can safely be called "Customer we don't give a crap!". I have spent the last TWO WEEKS! TWO WEEKS!, hours and hours and hours and hours, opening disputes (THE one most obtuse and incomprehensible system that you will EVER find, forget Amazon and eBay, this is like if your autistic Chihuahua would improvise himself as UX Designer by randomly tapping on your keyboard after having eaten 1kg of "special" brownies), uploading photos and videos of the defects or non-conformity or wrong delivery etc etc, and they CONSTANTLY close the disputes for the most trivial and nonsensical reasons, and send me the most SURREAL emails which show that they never understood ONE WORD of what was sent to them, or they just DON'T CARE! I will give you just a few examples for you to understand the level of absurdity. 1. I finally got a dispute accepted after uploading the pictures which I attach here for wrong size and mega loud laptop coolers (for the noise I gave them videos which I can't post here because they are less than 15 sec long, go figure).
I got a return label, free as it should be. But it's from Hermes (I am in Germany fyi).
I am disabled, I can't walk and I never leave home, I even get my groceries delivered. So I cannot go to the Hermes drop point either.
AliExpress also works with DHL, and I had already gotten free DHL return labels for other disputes.
So I told them that I can only return if I get a DHL label so I can give the packet to DHL when they come to me every week.
They ignored it, so I said it again.
And again.
And again.
And again.
In chat, at the telephone...
You know what they final answer was?
I attach it here as a screenshot: an email with a link to the nearest Hermes Drop Points.
Where I think, ok, you are either mentally impaired or you are really, really, really evil. 2. the black ribbon in the attached picture, should have been 2cm wide like you see in the screenshots from the offer where it's wider than the thumb. But the one I got is barely 9mm.
I tried to manually open a dispute for "not as described" which also BY LAW means FREE return label.
The system was forcing on me a HERMES label, and FOR 3 EUROS (more than what the ribbon costs btw).
I asked the "amazing" chat agents to request a free DHL label to the Alzheimer chihuahuas team, explaining them that I could not open a dispute by myself because of this issue.
They answered to open a return request.
Again.
And again.
And again...
SAME EXACT STORY for the 300% dull knife in the attached pic, which tears and rips instead of cutting, and it should have been "hand forged" but it's machine made from cheap thin metal painted with some nasty black. 3. another item got delivered to a neighbor.
In Germany BY LAW the couriers can NOT deliver to ANY other person but the addressee. The couriers tried to put in their terms and conditions that they will eventually deliver to neighbors if you're not home, but the court deemed these clauses void.
So, they can deliver to neighbors ONLY with the WRITTEN consent of the receiver.
But new and/or lazy drivers ignore this law and do whatever it's easier and faster for them.
So I even created an account in DHL, explicitly and permanently banning all deliveries to neighbors.
But they still do it from time to time, and I complain and get a refund because I have no way to retrieve the parcels.
So I did with AliExpress.
I sent them screenshot of the tracking saying "delivered to neighbor", screenshot of my DHL account saying "NO DELIVERY TO NEIGHBORS", screenshot of legal websites (translated in English) which declare the illegality of deliveries to neighbors without consent.
They kept saying "it says delivered"... AliExpress is either THE ONE SINGLE BIGGEST FAILURE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, or a plain SCAM on global level, where they walk in a grey zone and try to f. Up as many customers as they can, but not so much to get banned.
= either evil, or stupid. Or both...
I still don't know. But I sure as hell COULDN'T CARE LESS anymore.
I have wasted way too much time with these brainless monkeys.
Even an autistic Chihuahua would do a better job. I won't use this criminal platform EVER AGAIN. I rather buy at 5 times the cost locally, or at 3 times the cost in Amazon, but MIDDLE FINGER TO ALIEXPRESS and their Alzheimer team!

Tip for consumers:

There is IN THEORY free returns and full refunds BUT like most people already know they make it EXTREMELY COMPLICATED AND CLOSE TO IMPOSSIBLE to get either.
Their favorite tricks are:
1. the TYPICAL CHINESE "would you keep the item and accept a partial refund?" (WHY would I want to keep defective junk?)
2. exhausting the customers with poor English and tons of repetitive emails, hoping they will give up and keep their junk.

Here is the background Information concerning this missing product.

On the 14th of November, I ordered three (x3) magnetic chargers for my iPhone 16 pro max and a 4th item namely a bicycle accessory. On checking my order they appear to be from different stores.

They are as follows:

Store: Ran Store.

Order ID: ************** NOT RECEIVED (SUBJECT OF MY COMPLAINT)

Store: Galaxy Apple Accessories Global Store.

On the same date I also ordered a bicycle accessory namely:

Store: Think Rider Store.

I have looked at the Business license for all of these stores and they seem to be independent of each other.

One thing I know for sure is that I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED TWO MAGNETIC CHARGERS IN THE POST and the Bicycle light. The 3rd magnetic charger I refer to HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED.

So I am left feeling very confused about this situation but my recollection of the actual parcels delivered is as follows:

The first parcel delivered contained item Order ID: ************** (the bicycle light)
The second parcel delivered contained item Order ID: ************** from Ran Store.
The third parcel delivered contained item Order ID ************** from Digital Charger Global …
But I am afraid I did not record the dates of these deliveries

Now this is where I am left, feeling very puzzled.

I can confirm that the photographic proof of delivery from the Galaxy Apple Accessories Global Store is correct, showing my wife accepting the delivery. What I am really confused about is that I clearly remember that the package did not include the missing magnetic charger. If my memory serves me correctly, that package contained the order from The Ran Store. The reason I say this is because I remember showing my wife the magnetic charger ordered from Ran Store when it arrived.

I therefore have the following questions:

Are these sellers linked in anyway?
Do they use a central warehouse (similar to Amazon) for packaging their products? If so, someone has made a mistake and not enclosed my missing magnetic charger.

MORE IMPORTANTLY. If these sellers are not linked and the items are not centrally packaged at a warehouse, then there must be FOUR separate photographic evidence of each item being delivered by the courier. I therefore ask you to look into the proof of delivery for all of the four items that I ordered on the 14th of November 2024.

ON A MORE SERIOUS NOTE.

I feel as if the Galaxy Store store thinks I am trying to pull a fast one. I feel like they are accusing me of being a CHEAT and a LIAR! HOW DARE YOU!

Check my purchase history. I do not think I have ever made a claim for a failed delivery before. You will see from my purchase history that I have been a good customer.

One thing for sure is that I AM NEVER GOING TO SHOP WITH ALIEXPRESS EVER AGAIN!

The resolution I asked for is as follows:

If the missing item is still in stock, you send it to me immediately, but only if you can guarantee quick delivery before Christmas. It was an intended Christmas present!
If not, please provide me with a full refund.

I no longer care if you believe me or not, one thing I do know is that I am not going to purchase from you again. Well done you have lost a good customer who believed in your products and service.
