Hi Robin, if the file is a standard PDF file then we should be able to convert it to an editable Word document for you. Unfortunately, if the file contains a scanned document, we won't be able to convert it to an editable text format - you'd need to use specialist OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software to convert this type of file to editable text.
