No email responses, no real person on the line available to take someone else's call. No refund for unshipped products, this happened to me recently during the past 2-3 weeks, yes I've been scammed. Will never buy on this merchant again.

Answer:
They were featured on Walmart Marketplace. Because of their bait and switch scam Walmart is in the process of removing their entire account.

Not too easy to reach customer service. They don't have an 800 number so I am not too sure.
