I think you have to test them both on demo acc for yourself, no matter what. But from my experience, ECN will be better for you on average. Reason being, tighter raw spreads, and in general slightly faster order matching.

Hands down to ECN account, which has slightly better spreads than STP. In practice, I don’t see a big difference here. Both are good for scalping, as far as delivering nice market execution without slippage and trades’ intervention. Infinox is not a market maker, that’s why I guess any account would work.
