Hi, is it a way you can secure all the merchandise sent by you to customers?

My order came delayed I can understand that but one of the perfumes came broken and all spilled inside the box and the box totally open it was one of my favorites perfume I totally lost that one I ordered 6 perfumes the rest came intact but my PINK SUGAR I lost it need a refund or send me a new one please thanks, Maria Velez
